1. Caretakers will be available to assist you during check-in and checkout only.
2. Provide a complete list of overnight and day guests together with the plate numbers of all vehicles that will enter the village a day before your check-in date.
3. Upon arrival at La Prairie Tagaytay subdivision, please inform the guard that you are a guest at Zedd's Country House.
4. Provide the guard a valid ID for each vehicle entering the village.
5. Please understand that there is an incoming guest after you and we need at least 3 hours to clean and disinfect the entire house, we would really APPRECIATE if we keep our time schedule so that we can assure that the house is ready for the next guest.
6. Our caretakers will inspect the house for broken or missing items during checkout and guests will be charged as needed.
Booking Agreement
1. Upon confirmation of this booking and as our primary contact, you shall be held liable to any damages, extra charges or accidents along with the concurrence on our rules.
2. Please note that all reservation payments are refundable within 24-hour period after booking only. All reservations made are non-adjustable. Exception is Tagtaytay closure due to lockdown/eruption which is moveable only.
House Rules
1. Strictly NO SMOKING inside the house. If you are going to smoke outside, kindly use our ashtray located at the pool lounge and always dispose your cigarette butts properly.
2. Keep the gate closed at all times to avoid intruders and stray animals.
3. Respect our neighbors and keep NOISE to a MINIMUM especially most of our neighbors are seniors.
4. Videoke/karaoke and parties are allowed until 9pm only as per Cavite ordinance
5. Do not sleep and do not spill anything on the couch or carpet.
6. Strictly no food or beverages allowed in all rooms.
7. If you are bringing pets, make sure they are wearing a diaper inside the house.
8. Do not leave your doors open when the air-condition is on, this will cause leaking of air-con in your room and will help us save energy.
9. When not in use, please turn off all utilities and appliances such as air-con, fans, faucets etc.
10. Do not reorganize heavy furniture and appliances. Light furniture can be moved just don't drag them on the floor.
11. Do not use the tv or the tv sound bar for karaoke, mic or playing music, use our dedicated karaoke speaker instead.
12. Netflix and Disney+ is automatically signed in when you turn the tv on. Please do not sign out as we will not provide you the password for logging in again.
13. Putting up banners or other decors that will require adhesives, nails etc, is strictly PROHIBITED as this damages the finish of the house. Fine P3000
14. Subdivision curfew is 10pm, if you need to come in after curfew, kindly let us know so we can inform the village guards.
15. If you take something out, please put it back, such as books, remotes, decorations etc.
16. We do not allow cooking of dried/fermented seafood as this leaves a lasting pungent smell.
17. If your trash is full, please throw it in the large bin located at the front yard. Trash bags are in the kitchen drawer.
18. Guests can park up to 6 maximum vehicles only via street parking.
19. Kindly treat our neighbors, caretakers and village guards with respect.
20. Please do not untie the curtains.
Pool Rules
1. Strictly NO diving, jumping, pushing and all rough plays in the pool.
2. Children should be accompanied by an adult at all times.
3. Children under 3 feet who don't know how to swim should have a floater or vest.
4. Proper swimming attire is required. Strictly no dark shirts allowed and decorative paraphernalia in the pool as it may affect the quality of the water.
5. Eating, drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited in the pool.
6. Use of the pool up to 12 midnight only.
7. Do not pick up and throw pebble stones and rocks to the pool.
Additional Charges and Fees
1. A P3,000 Security Deposit will be collected upon check-in, this will be refundable in case nothing is missing or broken.
2. If you are bringing pets, make sure they are wearing a diaper inside the house. P500/pet fee is required upon check-in. Only small breeds are allowed inside the house, bigger breeds should stay at the porch or yard.
3. Any excess from 15 guests is charged P500 for night guest and P100 for day guest and will be collected upon check-in. Max Overnight Guests: 25. Max Overnight Guests + Day Guests: 40.
4. The first refill of mineral water in the dispenser is free, the succeeding will be charged P50 each.
5. If there is no booking after you and wish to extend, additional 1k/hr extension or rates less 1k for 12 hours extension or rates less 2k for 24 hours extension.
6. Lost keys, bed sheets, blankets and towels will be charged P1,000 each. Lost/damaged kitchenwares and other items will be charged accordingly.
7. If you are staying more than 2 days and would like to freshen your rooms and CRs, please inform us so we can arrange it the next day for P1,200 fee. This will include cleaning of rooms and CRs and changing of beddings.
8. We charge additional P1,500 for wedding prep, debut and shoot.
9. If you wish to hire our caretaker kindly send us a notice a day before check-in. That will be charged P650 for 8 hours, our caretaker can handle simple cooking, buying of goods, running errands and house chores.
Events
1. Do not leave your decorative materials after an event. Our subdivision collects garbage twice a month only and our bins can only hold so much.
2. Strictly no firecrackers and confetti allowed on all premises.
