We loved this spacious, charming apartment in Krakow. So much room for my family of 4. Close to everything. Across the street from a shopping mall and the train station. Would stay here again!

Excellent location, super nice reception staff, onsite parking, clean and cozy apartment with well equipped kitchen. The best thing is the pool in the basement. We rushed back to hotel every night amd enjoyed our time there.

Great apartment - location was fantastic for a two-day trip to Krakow. Pool a bonus, but does need some attention (jacuzzi not working and sauna out of service). Lovely gentlemen on the front desk, safe street, etc.

I was on a weekend trio with my mum and my son (12 yrs), and this appartment made the trip even better!!! Huge appartment with great location, nice beds, clean and very friendly staff by the front desk/door. Warm and nice pool, and we also used the gym.

The apartment was fantastic, very clean and comfortable. The pool was just wonderful, particularly after a day walking miles, so relaxing. Location cannot be beaten, great for the train station and the Old Town area.

It’s was an excellent stay. The only problem occurred was the Porter on arrival said we were at the wrong location and they had no rooms and told us to leave. We then had to call hotels.com and make him speak to them direct on the phone. Then he gave us our key to the apartment. The location is excellent, the breakfast was good and on time too delivered to the door. The apartment was big and had everything we needed. Would recommend this place and would stay again. They need to work on the Porter’s customer care vales.

The property itself is of a very high standard and a great location, when you get in. Communication is shocking called 11 times, text and WhatsApp for instructions on accessing property, nothing no reply, stood outside for 45 mins then realised there was 2 number 33 doors, neither have any notice , on the of chance mamaged to ring second door and got in, as it was 8pm it was cold and damp. You need to give better instructions.
