Our stay in the novel ambassador Seoul Dongdaemun was an incredible experience. We actually stayed here for one week and enjoyed it so much that we returned a few days later for an additional four nights. The hotel is extremely well maintained and the staff is extremely competent and attentive. The front desk staff was more than ready to respond to any questions, concerns, or requests we had. Brian and I notably deserve a mention as they excelled at providing customer service. These two gentlemen were exceptional at relating to their customers and making them feel valued and acknowledged at every step of the way. This is not to detract from all of the other staff, as all were fantastic, but Brian and us deserve special recognition because they went above and beyond in their pursuit of customer service. We were all actor platinum members at the time we spent, and have since become diamonds, and the staff made sure our loyalty was recognized and appreciated. But despite numerous attempts with engineering, the hotel decided to turn on and off the ac in each of our rooms. This is something we have experienced at smaller, unchained hotels in Korea, but it is a great letdown that we would have to deal with such a significant inconvenience with a large brand of this level and a member of a luxury international hotel chain. The receptionist was not very friendly, so we didn't enjoy our stay. After we booked a club room, he suggested a club floor check-in. The front desk girl of the club floor is a nicer person, he managed to book us a room for early check-in. After the club floor afternoon tea, which featured pathetic three types of pastry and nuts and dried fruit, was unsatisfactory. The happy hour dinner made up for the unsatisfactory club lounge tea time. Breakfast is merely normal, no special mention. The room is fine, however, the surfaces continuously generate electrical static energy. The only thing to mention is the location. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again because they did not really impress me with their club floor services despite paying more, and even if there is no club lounge, the cost is much higher than the comparable hotel close. If you want class value for money but not club lounge service, I'd suggest the four points Sheratons in Myeongdong. wrote a review there.

Novotel Ambassador Seoul Dongdaemun Lobi Hotel yang besar, kamarnya besar dan luas, isi dan pelengkapnya cukup lengkap dengan pelayanan yang baik dan ramah. Sarapannya juga variatif dan menunya banyak. Pelayanannya baik.

Dear. Hotel. I spent more than 50 nights this season until becoming an actor platinum member, and almost all hotels have experienced being kind and providing services for their customers. However, the kind service provided by the lounge staff on the ground floor in this novel, which is more memorable than kindness, will remain a very memorable part of my life at this novel Dongdaemun. I have now been to novel Dongdaemun four times, and at the lounge desk at the third checkout, manager baek soon's kind and humorous customer response, was a really memorable part because he sympathized with my previous experience working as an actor. I disappointedly checked out at that time without even asking the manager's name, and without contemplating writing a praise letter. And throughout this trip, I visited novel Dongdaemun once more to spend the Chuuseok holiday with my family. I checked in this time also at the lounge on the with floor, where I was given more than a stranger's welcome because manager Baek soon remembered me and welcomed me so warmly. In addition, if the sim yeon staff is concerned, I should be recognized.
