We had a wonderful time in the novel ambassador Seoul Dongdaemun. The hotel is immaculately kept, and the personnel is prompt and considerate. Any inquiries, concerns, or requirements we had were answered by the front desk employees, who were especially cordial. Particularly, Brian and I are worthy of mention because their customer care was outstanding. These two men excelled in their ability to relate to their customers and make them feel valued and appreciated at every turn. We were all brilliant actors when we arrived, but Brian and I merit special recognition, as they went above and beyond in their pursuit of customer service. We realized that all of the other employees provided outstanding service, no matter their affiliation or status, but this is not to diminish them. The only thing we have to complain about is that the room temperature cannot be controlled by the hotel rooms. During our visit, the hotel automatically switched from warm weather to a cold front, and we had to keep the windows open constantly to allow the heat out and the cool air out, resulting in the loss of sleep for three of the remaining four nights of our trip. Although the front desk attempted to assist us, we expected to be able to control the temperature of our rooms so that we could be comfortable in the room we were paying for. Novotel Ambassador Seoul Dongdaemun Lobi Hotel yang besar, kamarnya besar dan luas, isi dan pelengkapnya cukup lengkap dengan pelayanan yang baik dan ramah. Sarapannya juga variatif dan menunya banyak. Pelayanannya baik.

I wrote a review there. We didn't enjoy our stay here because the front desk staff was unfriendly. We came on a late flight to Val but were told to wait even longer at the lobby, but then we were directed to the national medical center. After that, I informed him that I had reserved a club room, and then he referred us to a club floor check-in. The club floor receptionist is much nicer, and she was able to get us a room for early check-in. The club floor afternoon tea was awful, as it consisted of three pathetic three pastry varieties as well as some nuts and dried fruits. The happy hour dinner made up for the subpar tea time at the club lounge. Breakfast was generally enough, and nothing to complain about. The room is good, but surfaces keep being subject to electrical static shock. The only thing to mention is the location. Despite paying more, I would never return to this hotel because they didn't really impress me with their club floor services. Even if there isn't a club lounge, the cost is substantially higher than the same hotel nearby. Four points Sheratons in Myeongdong if you want class value but no club lounge service.

Dear. Hotel. I've remained more than 50 nights since I became an actor platinum member, and almost every hotel has demonstrated kindness or service to its customers. I will however look back in time to the novel Dongdaemun for the welcoming service of the lounge employees on the second floor, more enduring than kindness. I've now stayed in novel Dongdaemun four times, and at the lounge counter at the third check-out, manager Baek soon's friendly and humorous customer response was incredibly touching because he expressed sympathy with my previous experience as an actor staff. But at that time, I regrettably checked out without even asking the manager's name and without thinking about writing a praise letter. While I was on holiday with my family, I visited Novel Dongdaemun once more to enjoy the Chusok holiday. I checked in at the lounge on the ground floor this time as well, and I was able to check in with more than my friends and were greeted warmly by manager Baek soon. In addition, I was able to stay at the hotel genuinely comfortable since I understood the customers' views and remembered it even when it was a family trip. I want to make sure that the top departments and general managers see my evaluations, understand how high-quality services the lounge personnel provides, leave a lasting impression on customers
