I'm really surprised that the top 10 apartments on TripAdvisor are still not. It's a hidden gem, which I heartily endorse to everyone, couples, or families. My spouse and I spent five days in Zakone, and the apartment was so neat and roomy that it makes you feel right at home. Not only is there a sizable living area and wonderful kitchen with all the kitchen appliances, but you also can have a lovely bedroom with breathtaking views. The owner resident is an incredible individual, who warmly welcomes us upon arrival and was constantly in touch with us if we required anything. I can't believe some people can complain about something like the size of the bed and measuring it, honestly, it makes me laugh, but you cannot satisfy everyone. The main bed is really comfortable, large enough for two people, and I have to mention that my husband is quite tall. If necessary, there are plenty of towels and additional pillows in the wardrobe. Also, the location is excellent, with incredible views and is not far from the main city center, which is roughly a 15-20 minute walk but only takes about 3 minutes to take the bus. It's a hidden gem that I can without a doubt recommend to anyone, couples, or families.

The apartment is actually outside of Zakone which surprised me because my navigation was unable to find it, but it's only 10 minutes to get to Szymaszkowa Lift and 2530 minutes to walk to Krupowki. There is fantastic underground parking! The apartment itself is nice. Equipped with everything you could possibly need, only one exception being the hair dryer. The view is just on Gondo. The person who assisted with bookings, isabella, and check-in and check-out, is Joanna, is really polite and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! It makes a difference. Although this is not a hotel, please do not anticipate daily room service or reception. Each person has one towel. The pool was closed anyway, and there was not even a separate one for the pool. The building is soundproof. Overall, it's better than we expected given the fantastic design apartment, and it's great to be there. Good distance from the busy core. amazing view! Thank you.

I spent the nights at the szymoszkowa residence with my family in august 2012. This was the worst service ever. There were no services. Despite the fact that we were 2 adults and two children, we reserved a room for four people. The master bed is only 1, am wide, the smallest double bed possible, usually 1, am is a standard, so you will have trouble if you're a little larger than a typical person. You will also have a blanket that's for two people, which is an even greater problem. It's true that the swimming pool isn't always open. It is only open at a specific time, typically from 5. 00 pm to 9.00 pm. You would anticipate that towels are supplied to a set of towels for the hands, a shower towel, and a swimming pool towels. There is no cleaning program. If I say no, there is none. In four days, none of the children's towels arrived. Not for the kids, but for Koscielisko. Koscielisko is a tiny village close to Zakone. I only want everyone to know what they pay for. Will I say it to someone, no. Will I go back there? Do not. Consider spending more than 90 euros per night without any assistance. Quite a good place, as can be seen from the reviews we read. The place was great. Our 5 day trip from Amsterdam to this location. Stanislaw is a very smart and multitalented owner and host who has designed the hotel himself. Also the location is good, with the skillet across the street and the village within 10 minutes of walking distance.
