We are so impressed with this hotel. It was our first trip with a small baby and a dog, so our expectations were basically just to survive. We didn't expect it to be possible to relax, but the hotel and its perfect conditions allowed us to enjoy our stay. The room was impeccable, and I was excited about the room arrangement. There was a recess where I could comfortably breastfeed under dim lighting. It usually makes a difference what small things are. The hotel is truly dog friendly. It was no issue to carry the dog with us when we went for breakfast. And the person immediately asked if we needed a bowl for her I regret I didn't ask for the lady's name, but it was really kind thank you. Also, due to my baby's allergy, I was unable to eat everything, but we were unaware of it when we booked the stay. When we inquired about anything typical for vegan, the staff made sure that the next day, there were vegan treats ready for us. I heartily suggest this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in crack.

I would go back here again if I visit Kraken again. The manager of the hotel was outstanding. In May 2022, my wife and I spent five days here with our two grown daughters. The views of the castle, particularly at night, were stunning, and we stayed in two apartment rooms. Everything about the rooms, staff, and breakfast was excellent. Even with my wife being in a wheelchair, we were just a fifteen-minute stroll from the square. I would not think twice about recommending it to anyone.

We were traveling with a friend and had a great time. The staff, particularly anna, was extremely friendly and helpful in planning excursions and airport pickup. The room was clean and had good facilities, and there was wifi everywhere. Dinner at the sky restaurant was to be suggested. Breakfast accommodated all tastes with a wide variety and friendly staff. The hot breakfast food could have been hotter, but it was still good. The hotel is conveniently located for a short walk to the center or the castle and river boat ride. It rained heavily on our first day and ruined the view from the bedroom window, but it didn't ruin our stay. I will definitely recommend it.

The staff is very friendly, kindly check me in in a lobby area. The room facilities are well equiped, and the breakfast is also very good, especially for the receptionist area on the side.

The hotel overall was very well presented and we were happy with our choice of hotel. Would definitely stay again. Nice little touch of leaving gifts. Excellent position 15 minute walk from the main square. Amazing views from our room 410. Rooftop bar a nice place to sit and admire the views. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. The bath quite a deep step on using the shower. Anyone with mobility problems will need to ask for a more suitable bathroom. Reception staff very helpful. Breakfast room staff a little abrupt and unfriendly. Good choice for breakfast.
