We loved this hotel. The suite was dated, but clean and had everything needed to cook breakfast. Location was ideal. Right in the heart of Porto. Staff were friendly and helpful. Carla helped us get to the bus station easily.

Väldigt trevlig personal, hjälpsamma. Perfekt läge om man gillar att bo centralt. Enkelt att gå vart man ville. Inga konstigheter.

a sweet boutique hotel- you could not ask for a better location We did not have breakfast included so cannot comment on the breakfast baskets provided however, there’s everything you need right out the door so breakfast not necessary. Worked well for family - there were 3 of us, nice to have a small kitchen.

Catrina greeted us at the front desk and came to our room and explained all the amenities and how to navigate our stay. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It was a perfect location as well.

The central location was amazing! The woman at the front desk was very helpful when we arrived, informing us of the top spots to eat and attractions to see. The room was clean and worked well for my two adult girls and myself. The mattress on the single bed was rather hard though and the shower leaked onto the floor. All in all, I would recommend this spot for your stay.

Our room (really a studio apartment) was wonderful! It had a large bathroom, kitchenette, and everything we needed. It was quiet, close to lots of shops and restaurants, as well as the Mercado do Bolhao which we loved! Would stay at Bloom House again for sure!

My sister, my teenage daughter, my teenage niece and I had such a fantastic stay at Bloom House. Our beautifully-designed room had a convenient small kitchen area. We loved the views of the red tiled roofs of Porto. Every single staff person was warm, welcoming, and helpful. We adored the location on the vibrant Rua Santa Catarina with its shops and cafes. Bloom House was the perfect spot to rest and rejuvenate. Very pleasant outdoor space, too. Thank you, Bloom House!

Room is big and there’s a kitchenette with complete utensils, pans and plates. Pillows are firm and comfy. Love that our room has a balcony. The staffs are also friendly and allowed me and my husband to check-in early. Location is amazing and very convenient. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

great place to stay!! location couldn't be beat and it was so cute and exceeded expectations. i was concerned that the good reviews were fooling me, but I couldn't recommend it more! sometimes the staff could be a little less friendly depending on who you're talking to, but overall a fantastic time!
