Right in the middle of everything! Walkable and safe! No elevators but great hosts kept our luggage until we were ready to leave

O atendimento foi impecável desde a reserva, quando apresentei uma solicitação e fui atendido a contento. O apto estava impecavelmente limpo, com troca de enxoval feita a cada dia de hospedagem, com total atenção a nossa comodidade. A localização é PRECISA, próximo à todos os pontos turísticos de Porto. Eles tem convênio com o Shopping Via Catarina, com preço reduzido, mas coo só deixávamos o carro a noite, usamos estacionamento na rua da Alegria, free até 9h da manhã. A equipe nos recepcionou na porta em nossa chegada e foi perfeita até o último momento. Recomendadíssimo!!!!

This property is right across a cobblestone street (no cars allowed) from a large market, and shopping along the street. Unit is compact, but had room for what we needed, one could easily stay comfortably for a month No elevator which was fine with the exception of check-in and check-out.... they did help with lugging the luggage upstairs. This hotel was very responsive via email. Questions were answered very quickly along with helpful suggestions. I would stay here again.

Superbe appartement au premier étage, très bien situé dans une rue piétonne avec des cafés, des boutiques, des restaurants et un marché alimentaire authentique juste en face, ainsi que d'excellentes liaisons de transport. Bien qu'il soit présenté comme un appartement 1 chambre, il s'agit en réalité d'un studio avec une cloison ouvert, entre le salon équipé d'un canapé-lit et « la chambre » avec un lit double confortable, donc pas de chambre indépendante à proprement parler. Hôte et équipe sympathiques. L'appartement était très propre à notre arrivée et nous avons apprécié le ménage quotidien, digne d'un hôtel. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les casiers à bagages qui nous ont permis de stocker nos valises à l'arrivée et au départ. Il y avait eu une petite fuite d'eau provenant du dessus dans la salle de bains, qui avait clairement été arreté, et quelques petits dégâts à réparer au plafond/mur, mais rien qui n'ait gâché notre séjour. Great property across the street from Mercado de Bolhão. Clean and well kept, we were met by Alex who was very helpful in getting us settled and great local recommendations for sights and restaurants. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Absolutely fantastic apartment, right next to the indoor market, a minutes walk from the metro station and a street away from shopping. Only a short walk down to the river, bridge and riverside restaurants and many other attractions are within walking distance. Communication from both Sofia and Alex was brilliant before and during our stay. The apartment is very clean and the beds are comfortable. Our room overlooked the market and although busy during the day, was quiet at night so had a lovely feel about it. The kitchen contains everything you need, even a washing machine and a couple of washing pods are supplied. Supermarkets are very close if you are eating in but there are many fantastic eateries all around. We especially liked the Time Out Market at São Bento railway station for choice of food. The bathroom contains a good shower, with plenty of hot water and there is shower gel and soap, as well as toilet roll supplied. Sofia met us when we arrived (early) and the room was ready and made up for us. She also supplied us with a map of the city and directed us to lots of incredible places to visit, which we did. They were also able to store luggage both before and after check in/out if needed. We thoroughly enjoyed everthing about our stay in Porto. Thank you
