Sijainti on mitä parhain! Kävellen pääsee monille kivoille alueille ja vierestä lähtevät sekä metrot, raitiovaunut että junat. Vain vähän kuului ääntä kadulta, pink streetiltä tai naapurihuoneesta. Online-respa toimi saavuttaessa hyvin ja yhteydenottaminen oli helppoa, tuloksia ei kyllä tullut. Esim. meillä ei koko viikon aikana siivottu kertaakaan, vaikka saavuttaessa sovittiin että joka toinen päivä siivous ja erikseen vielä pyysin jossain vaiheessa siivousta, jota ei koskaan tullut lupauksesta huolimatta. Samoin aamupala, joka toimitettiin ovelle (klo 8 alkaen sovittuna aikana) oli joka päivä jännitysmomentti - esim. kahvin sekä maidon määrä oli joka aamu yllätys - joskus kolme kahvia, joskus yksi (kolmelle henkilölle). Random-aamupalakori oli lähinnä huvittava juttu, suosittelen lämpimästi tätä majoituspaikkaa!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent with easy access to public transport and main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was great value for money and we would happily stay here again in the future.

Within walking distance of where you want to be. Older building converted. We had a charming, spacious efficiency apartment. Safe. Secure. Close to food and beverage.

Great little boutique hotel right in the heart of Lisbon. Room was smartly laid out and felt more like a nice apartment than a hotel room. Staff arranged free luggage storage before check in as well as check in an hour early. Would stay again!

Fantastic place to stay, big room, comfortable bed and in an a brilliant location. I couldn't get there in time for someone to help us check in however getting into the room was excellently communicated with videos guiding how to do so. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

We arrived very early approximately 4 hours before check in. Although there was no concierge or check in desk I was able to contact them via phone and someone was able to meet us in a few minutes. Although the room was not ready we were able to leave our luggage and tour the city. The place was very spacious and very clean. The bathroom was very large and the beds quite comfortable. Although our room was steps away from Pink Street it was amazingly quiet. The location was great. It was in Chiado near the river and lots of restaurants. But the best thing was I didn’t have to climb that many steep hills and I could always find an alternative route to avoid the steep climb back to the hotel.

Even though the elevator was not working, the nice lady checking us in put us on the 2nd floor instead of the fifth floor as I have trouble walking up stairs. The apartment was lovely! Thank you

Excellent location and a very nice studio flat! The staff were very welcoming and friendly! We only stayed one night but very close to some lovely bars, restaurants & cafes, and the river. Would love to stay again for more than one night.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel because it is in the Chiado part of town and was a good location to get to many of the things we wanted to do. There is excellent communication prior to the visit. There is not a regular check-in desk, but we were met at the front door and shown our room. They also provided us with some good restaurants to try in the city. We liked the two welcome beers and water in the room. The bed was very comfortable and same with the pillows. We've been travelling for six weeks in Europe, comfort is not always a thing in beds. The shower works well, but is a little short. I am 5' 10" and I just fit under the shower head. The room is a good size. There is a comfortable leather couch we used a lot. Air conditioning works very well. It was unseasonably hot and sticky in Lisbon when we stayed. Our room was a refuge against the heat. I would ask for a second luggage rack when you stay. Nowhere to put a second bag. The place is managed very well. Housekeeping is very efficient and can get you extras you need.

Localização fantástica e poucos passos de várias atrações da cidade, principalmente o Mercado da Ribeira e da turística região do Arco da rua Augusta. Habitação moderna e de muito bom gosto. Toda equipada com cozinha completa e acessórios necessários. Atendimento super atencioso de Giovanna, sempre disponível para atender as nossas solicitações e com dicas sobre a região.
