Our room (number 8) was perfect. Breakfast was fantastic, and as we had an early flight at the end of our stay, a tasty picnic breakfast was left for us for our 6 am departure. The staff were all attentive and helpful, especially Lisja, who greeted us warmly for every breakfast.

Great location huge rooms interesting hot tub. Wonderful staff. Street parking was easy just a big loop on small streets to come back if no parking on first try. Definitely recommend

We had an amazing stay at this boutique hotel. It is very conveniently located in the middle of the old city. The staff are wonderful. Breakfast was quite basic but everything was fresh and tasty. The rooms are very spacious with a good fridge that chills well. It was quite cool during our stay. We took advantage of the jacuzzi and both times we were the only ones there. Although it wouldn't fit more than 4 persons. The only downside was very dim lighting in the rooms. The central lighting fixture on the ceiling produced such bleak, dungeon-like lighting that we never even used it. We parked our car an easy 5 minute walk from the hotel at a large parking lot close to the botanical garden. I would recommend this hotel and stay again when in Ponta Delgada.

We stayed for 3 nights and this property is amazing! Great location overlooking a little park and a close walk to all the downtown activities. We had a room on the ground floor (#2) that had a wonderful patio to sit and relax with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. The breakfast had a nice selection of offerings, and the staff - specifically Gabriella- were so friendly and willing to help. I would definitely stay here again when traveling to Ponte Delgada.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, mit freundlichem Personal im altehrwürdigen Stil. Poolanlage und Whirpool laden zum Verweilen ein. Zimmer und sanitäre Anlagen sind tadellos sauber. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr frisch und lecker - könnte bei längeren Aufenthalten ein wenig mehr Abwechslung bieten. Das aber nur als Anmerkung und nicht als Kritik. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Boutiquehotel mit wunderschöner Inneneinrichtung und nur wenigen Zimmern, ideal gelegen, sodass man kostenlos am Straßenrand parken kann, zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum und zum Hafen laufen kann und trotzdem einen Rückzugsort mit Pool im Grünen hat.

Clean charming house with good breakfast, walkable to all the important places for dining. Could use an entrance sign, pictures on the wall and parking is a challenge during the day….. at night is fine.

Charming house lived up to its name and was truly charming. My husband and I stayed here for three days as part of our honeymoon and we loved it. The house is updated but still incorporates the local culture, room was beautiful and bed was comfortable and smelled amazing (going to be trying to figure out how to make my own bedding smell like that if the hotel reads this and wouldn't mind telling me). Included breakfast was delicious and there is always coffee and tea available in the lobby or in your room. We spent time by the pool with a cheeseboard and some wine which was wonderfully relaxing. Hot tub was really neat with it being enclosed by a greenhouse and surrounded by plants. Hotel was easily walkable to all the Ponta Delgada restaurants, bars, and shops and located by this beautiful local park with a little stand that serves smoothies and other beverages. Truly loved our stay here! Only funny thing was that us and some others missed the front door as I guess we were looking for something more obvious but it is just the first door up the steps when you walk through the gate. Don't go hauling your luggage all the way around the building like some of us did haha our room was conveniently the one to the right of that on the ground level so we had our own private entrance to the building which was very convenient for coming and going. Didn't feel unsafe at all as it still required a card reader and you could lock and shutter from inside. Hope to be back someday, loved it!

Cant say enough of this beautiful place we stayed for 10 days, clean, great breakfast, great staff and perfect location. Would like to thank Francisco who works part time office work, He also does tours, Highly recommend him for tours, very knowledgeable and funny. Hands down great experience.
