We have great relaxed time at the Caterina apartments. Very clean, it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We stayed in a court yard view apartment and it wasn’t over looked. The shops and countless cafes and restaurants are all nearby. The metro and bus station isn’t far either. Great modern apartment and it provided a great base for a relaxed stay.

Very close to the metro system which runs directly to the airport. The apartment was clean and had everything that we wanted. Just be aware that if you book a room with a sofa bed these rooms are road facing and you do hear the traffic. But it was not an issue and we were super happy with the apartment.

Recomiendo esta estancia todo está bien es cómoda, limpia y super bien ubicada en Rua Santa Catarina un ambiente increíble cerca de todos los mejores lugares de Porto, ciudad linda con gente amigable, en esta estancia nos recibió Daniela excelente persona y muy profesional siempre con la mejor disposición para ayudar .

Siamo arrivati per il check in alle 15. Non c'era nessuno, nessuno dei numeri help rispondeva: uno suonava a vuoto, il secondo era staccato. Subito non abbiamo provato il numero con WhatsApp, ma alla fine del soggiorno abbiamo inviato un messaggio che nessuno ha mai letto ed al quale non abbiamo ottenuto risposta. Assistenza Expedia inesistente. Grazie alla signora delle pulizie che era lì per caso è stato possibile contattare una ragazza dell' hoste: il numero di telefono l' aveva la signora delle pulizie e non era tra quelli affissi sul portone d'ingresso. Questa ragazza è venuta e ci ha detto che la prenotazione era stata cancellata perché non pagata, al che fortunatamente avevo sia la ricevuta che però non bastava, sia l' estratto conto della carta di credito con l' addebito ad Expedia. A quel punto, dopo alcune telefonate, la ragazza ci ha dato l' appartamento. Io non so a chi può essere imputato il problema. So solo che se non c' era una signora delle pulizie gentilissima dovevamo trovarci da noi una sistemazione alternativa pur avendo pagato già tutto. Quindi il giudizio complessivo non può essere che estremamente negativo anche se la struttura è ottima. Poi assistenza Expedia drammatica, perché hanno provato a chiamarci da un numero rispondendo al quale cadeva la linea. Solo il pomeriggio dopo fatto il check out hanno chiamato da un numero dove si è potuto parlare. Ma anche in questo caso la persona parlava solo inglese e, mentre io capivo cosa diceva, lui non capiva

The car conditioner didn’t seem to work unless on warm. The freezer needed defrosting and the expeller in the bathroom didn’t work. The shower flooded the bathroom if water on full power We paid for inclusive breakfast but didn’t get it despite other apartments getting it! Tried contacting host wise absolutely no response! Good bits, the apartment was clean and comfortable and well equipped great location for exploring Porto

The room was very clean. Really enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was communication. At the beginning we couldn’t get in to our unit due to the check in email didn’t come through to my phone. Tried contacting property by phone and email with no results for a very long time. Eventually the email came through and we were able to get into our unit. Over the next few days tried to get info and still no response. Eventually we talked to a cleaning lady who was very helpful and supplied the things we needed.

We chose these serviced apartments based on the many positive reviews—and the location truly is unbeatable. Our flat was new, bright and modern, just a short walk from all the main sights, restaurants, cafes, shopping in Porto. Check-in was handled smoothly by email when we arrived late on Friday. However, despite the “serviced” label, we never encountered any staff during our entire three-night stay. In the two months leading up to our trip I tried repeatedly to reach out by email, Instagram, and through Hotels.com with no response. Once we arrived, my friend and I called the provided phone numbers dozens of times over the weekend—nobody answered. On Monday morning we hoped someone would be at the desk so we could ask about storing our luggage (we didn’t fly until evening), but the reception was empty. We waited nearly 40 minutes, called, texted WhatsApp, even messaged Instagram before finally hearing back. The apartment itself was lovely, but the lack of any on-site support caused unnecessary stress and frustration. I’m perfectly fine with a self-check-in/out setup—but only if questions and issues can be answered quickly. The apartment itself was lovely, but the lack of communication created unnecessary frustration. If management can ensure clear, timely responses (even remotely) and provide checkout details in advance, this property would deserve its excellent reputation. Right now, you’ll get a wonderful space in a prime location—but be prepared to handle most self.

Luisa, the lady who I think brings the breakfast basket in the morning if you chose that additional option, was very helpful when I had an issue with an unfamiliar to me expresso machine which was sticking.

Centrally located, apartment was clean, new, well equipped, Daniela at the front desk was very nice, helpful and helped us to carry our bag to the third level as the elevator was not working because of power outrage. Would love to come back.

it was a terrible experience. When we arrived, we used the code to open the main door but failed. We tried to contact the property in all ways but nobody replied. it was raining heavily, we and another young couple were all waiting outside the apartment for almost 2 hours until a man helped us open the door. Another bad thing was when I took a shower, the water was getting colder. can't believe i had to take a cold shower in this price! the heating also didn't work!
