Jättetrevligt och personligt mottagande när vi anlände. Personalen var mycket hjälpsam när vi frågade om tips och råd för utflykter och transport. Både Andreia och Miguel är värda att nämnas för sitt bemötande och sin hjälpsamhet. Frukosten var jättebra och serverades på rummet vid en tid som vi fått välja och vi fick även möjlighet att påverka vad som serverades. Hotellet är en gammal men välbevarad byggnad i centrala Lissabon, med allt vad det innebär av både charm och närvaro av stadens liv.

I chose Dear Lisbon based on the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised with how spacious the room is. My friend and I couldn’t hear each other. 😂 It’s clean too. And don’t get me started with breakfast served to the room in a cart. Yummy and so much to choose from! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The only downside is no elevator. Still highly recommend! It will help you with all the hills and steps wandering around Lisbon. 😁

Our stay at the Palace Chiado was more like being a guest in a friend’s home than a hotel stay. All the staff is friendly and helpful and truly wants to make your stay the best it can be. There is a fantastic breakfast provided to each suite with lots of variety. We also had welcome pastries and snacks brought to our room in the afternoon. The rooms are more like mini apartments with large windows that overlook the city and river. We opened the windows in the afternoon to enjoy the breeze

The palace is lovely with its original charm. It should be noted that breakfast cannot be served prior to 8am so those travelling early will be aware if this as many im have missed out as I have. Also it should be noted early check out prior to 8am means no assistance with luggage down several flight of stairs. I am fortunate to of been able to manage on my own.

Obsessed with this property! From the second we walked in, the service from staff was amazing. Our room was beautiful and huge. Breakfast served to the room in the morning was such a sweet touch. We will definitely book again if returning to Lisbon!

The breakfast was delivered to our room each morning, earliest time 8:30am. It was delicious and included egg, bacon, potatoes, yogurt, fruit , and selection on rolls and breads, pastry, cheese and ham, orange juice and coffee! The staff was more than helpful. They were professional and very friendly. Our only complaint was for our street facing room it was noisy at night. There were earplugs provided along with slippers and a robe. Would defiantly recommend!

Go to Dear Lisbon if you want to be treated like royalty. The room was very spacious and the staff were so helpful and accommodating from beginning to end. The breakfast in the room every morning was amazing. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Lisbon.

We had a super twin room (number 8) with an unrivalled view to the palace, the river and central Lisbon. Quiet street, and woke up to happy birds chirping in the tree outside in the courtyard. Very clean, super location in Chiado. Delicious breakfast served in room. Friendly staff, historical building, amazing restaurant (Rocco) just across the road. Short walk to waterfront and shopping. Downsides: Inflexible breakfast timings meant we had breakfast later than we would have wanted, timings are restricted and on a «first come, first serve» system which was incomprehensible. No facilities, bar the super room. It is essentially a very pleasant and upmarket Bed and Breakfast.

The location is perfect. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed the scrumptious breakfast, slept well on the comfortable bed. There was noise from the street and from the plumbing as mentioned in other reviews, but we were not bothered. The shower/toilet room has no door, so it is ok for my sister and I with the shutter doors closed between the bedroom and the small lounge. The only problem is the TV not having English channels.

Best experience I have ever had at a hotel. Amazing room, very welcoming and kind staff. Beautiful location right in the center of the city. I will recommend this hotel to every friend that I have who travels to Lisbon in the future. Amazing experience and my fiancee and I couldn’t be happier!!
