Un super séjour en amoureux dans ce palace. Le personnel est gentil, souriant et aux petits soins. Tout est si beau et très propre. La piscine nous a bien rafraîchi et le petit déjeuné était parfait. La literie est confortable et malgré que l’hôtel soit situé sur une grande rue passante nous n’entendions absolument rien. Hâte de revenir !

We had an amazing stay at during our holiday. The staff was wonderful and very helpful; giving us many suggestions on things to do in the city and accommodating us to be make our stay very memorable and super positive. I would sincerely recommend this hotel to everyone looking to stay in Lisbon.

Very nice, clean hotel in a nice part of town. Took 15 minute metro ride from Lisbon airport. Then it was a 3-5 minute walk from the Saldanha metro station. Breakfast was amazingly perfect. I will stay again if I come back to Lisbon.

I loved it. My room was immense, with a balcony and huge windows, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and I'm definitely planning to stay there again. Truly a delight!

It is hard to even explain the experience that this hotel brings. It was unique and beautiful. I booked this place at the end of my trip and wish I had stayed longer. The staff were so helpful and kind. You truly feel like you are staying in a palace.

Outstanding!!! A great find, and luxury stay for a weekend break in Lisbon. A small, boutique hotel in a former palace. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and went over and beyond to help. Breakfast - a small but tasty and perfect selection (cereal, bread & pastries, fruit and eggs). Conveniently located - less than 5 minutes walk from the Metro station, and only 20 minutes in the Metro directly for the airport. Easy to get around and explore the city, and a few nice cafes close by. We struggle to find anything we didn't like. If we had to find any fault, we'd say the pillows were too soft. That's the only negative, and even then a minor issue. We would highly recommend and we would return.

Unique boutique style hotel. We loved our stay. Great attention to detail in the hotel building itself and from all the staff. Right on major bus routes into the Centre (10 minutes) and beyond. Lovely freshly made breakfast buffet. Highly recommended if you want to feel like you’ve stayed in an old beautiful authentic Lisbon building and not another faceless 4 star hotel. Good range of local restaurants and cafes with Portuguese and Italian food.

Valmor is a wonderful place. The rooms are big, very clean and comfortable. The staff does an immaculate job cleaning everyday. Free breakfast is super. Most of all - I habe not been to a hotel where the staff was as excellent as Valmor. They are helpful, respectful, aleays going out of their eay to help. Definitely made our stay in Lisbon "a home away from home." Thank you.

This was a magical stay in a beautiful historical building. Its not central, which we preferred, but very easy to get into the main areas and the airport. It was on a busy road, again not concerning. What was amazing were the staff and all their many small kindnesses, such as hand written notes, helpful suggestions and remembering names and preferences. Faultless. Further the beds were super comfy and the breakfasts fabulous. We will be returning.

Beautiful property with gorgeous furnishings, amazing art, comfortable bed and friendly and helpful staff. The hotel does front a busy road, but we used white noise apps to mute the noise.

So ein hübsches Hotel 😀 - eine Perle. Ein alter Palast, stilvoll und komfortabel zum Hotel umfunktioniert. Alt und neu harmoniert hier perfekt. Es stört auch nicht weiter, wenn man etwas Fluglärm hört - ein alter Palast kann einfach nicht so gebaut sein wie eine moderne Bettenburg. Das Frühstück ist fein und liebevoll angerichtet. Es gibt viele kleine Annehmlichkeiten wie Wasser und Portwein in der Lobby oder eine sehr leckere Pastel de Nata auf dem Zimmer. Wirklich alle sind total nett und hilfsbereit, und man fühlt sich gleich herzlich willkommen und wohl. Vielen lieben Dank für einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt😀.

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Ritu. She was incredibly friendly and kind, and you can really tell she does her job with so much care. She made us feel comfortable right away and that feeling stayed throughout our whole stay. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom was also spotless, which I really appreciated. Everything just felt fresh and well taken care of. The whole staff was very kind and helpful as well. I also really loved the breakfast. Everything tasted so good and it was freshly baked. The environment is quiet and relaxing, but at the same time you’re close to everything, which made it even better. Overall, it was honestly a 10/10 stay and I would definitely recommend it!
