Late check in was arranged but due to our flight being delayed we could not communicate this to the agent. After promising to get there in 30 minutes, she left us standing outside in the cold for a long time. The apartment had a heater and a very flimsy duvet and blanket. Bedding was never changed for the 10 days that we stayed there. Two towels were also provided for ten days. The patio was covered in dust from workmen in an apartment above. There was no microwave oven and some very small pots that we couldn't really use. This place has great potential to become an excellent location if a few simple things were taken care of. I liked the location and design of the apartment. It is positioned in a good location in the middle of the popular areas to visit. Spare bedding, towels, cleaning services, crockery, better communication, ect. could all help the guest to have a better experience.

Maintenance guys were there alot to fix issues had to sacrifice showering during stay partner usually showerd id end up using baby wipes, washer was only a washer not a dryer so i couldn't hang anything, bedroom window is see through to other tenants in building if they open there window only would of been nice if it had a shade on the window. The service was good through WhatsApp cant complain there.
