la localisation très pratique près d'un métro et d'un centre commercial, proche de toutes les commodités.

From the very beginning we had many problems. A communication with the Homing office was terrible. They refused using your email and WhatsApp forcing you to use international phone calls which actually were un unanswered as well. Though for to take a city tax from you your email was OK to be used. All our “successful” contacts were done in person. With great difficulties we had found our parking underground, for there were three separate entrances. We did not have an idea which one out of three was ours. Then next adventure came up; we did not have access to an elevator from the parking, so we had to go outside with all our luggage for to use street entrance. We had no hot water for whole time of our 6 nights stay. There were four of us 55,65, 68, 69 age, temperature outside that time in Lisbon was 32-38 degree C. The office constantly tried to assure us that everything was okay before we came. Only in the third evening during text conversation we were informed that hot water was cut off for some reason and if we did not like it we could move out wherever we wanted. It happened after 7 PM. There is no reason to mention about other household issues.

The place is great and spacious with a superb view. Perfect for a family or two couples. But two things made the stay terrible. 1st the neighbor who keeps pretending we are making noise while we are not, then keeps complaining about the noise when we were already asleep. Then, the horrible service from the lady who works for Homing that calls at 3am to wake you up and say "What the f*** is happening" because of the complaints from the neighbors. And when you tell her that maybe it's another apartment, she says that it is impossible. I don't recommend this apartment
