The hotel is so nice, it’s located above a cute coffee shop. The rooms are decorated so cute, the staff is extremely nice and the location is perfect, we will definitely stay here again.

Great location close to all the action on the river. A bit noisy at night until around 11pm but very quiet after that. Close to bars and restuarants and many of the attractions. Thought it had laundry facilities but only a short walk to laundrette. Cafe serves good coffee for Australian tastes.

Super zentral, sehr freundliches Personal, hatten ohne Frühstück und trotzdem dort gefrühstückt… war frisch zubereitet frisch und sehr lecker! Verkehr hört man, ist direkt an der Strasse hat uns aber nicht gestört, haben sehr gut geschlafen. Dafür einmalige Aussicht!

Absolutely loved it! We got there in the afternoon so we checked in at the cafe, the staff were so lovely! The lemon cake was delicious! We got in to our room and I was blown away, I loved the look of the stone walls and the huge windows with the shutters. We had a little kitchenette which was great for making some light meals and a nice fridge for storing snacks. It got a little loud in the evening on the streets, but once I fell asleep that was no problem! Will definitely be staying here again!

Best location while in Porto, 4 min to the riverside. Great staff and easy to deal with and informative as well. There is no elevator but we were booked on the first floor (actually 2nd floor)

I stayed in the studio apartment. The room was spacious with a small kitchnette that included a stove, mini fridge, tea kettle. The shower while a little small, always had hot water, so that was a win for me. I had the breakfast option included in my stay and the breakfast included fresh orange juice, coffee, yogurt bowl, cheese, ham and baked goods. The guest house has a cute coffee shop on the main floor. For a couple of early days where I had an earlier start than breakfast service (which starts at 8:30am) the staff was kind to pack me some baked goods to go. Location Pros:The guest house is located a block away from the river and very close to the Luis I bridge. So the location is great if you want to be near the water. I loved being able to walk by the river early morning and late evenings, so I found the location convenient. Location Cons: the guest house is located right next to a tunnel, so you definitely will hear cars/bikes revving and honking (though the shutters do help muffle the noise) throughout the day and night. To walk towards the town center you will always be climbing uphill, so be prepared. If you want to stay near town center and not climb steep streets everyday (most out of city tours run from near city center), I'd recommend staying in Sao Bento area. Also, there is no elevator in the building, which I didn't mind as I only had a carry on and only had to climb one flight of stairs to my room.

Rooms were clean and fitted with all you need. Bathroom was spacious. Plenty of hot water in the shower and lots of towels. Amazing breakfast. Close to all amenities.

Es gab ausreichend ein leckeres Frühstück . Kaffee konnte man nachordern. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und hat ein tolles Ambiente. Allerdings darf man den Tunnel nicht unterschätzen. Es ist sehr sehr laut. Fenster können geöffnet werden allerdings nicht ratsam wegen des Straßenlärms. Unbedingt ohrenstöpsel rein dann kann man gut schlafen

Very centric location, the hotel is well kept and very modern. Beds are comfortable, just a bit of a problem is the noise, definitely bring earplugs. Breakfast is the best!
