We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon! From the support before arrival to the great reception we received and the continued help throughout our stay we couldn't be happier with our visit. The Apartment was very well appointed, in a great location for the old town and had everything we needed.

I recently returned from a wonderful vacation to Lisbon and enjoyed my stay in The Initial Alma Apartments which is located in the middle of the old town. The concierge that is pedro provides a wonderful welcome and service. The top floor apartment with a picturesque balcony received five stars. The decor and furniture were also very impressive, and I'm glad I went back because I really love Lisbon.

I knew this was a great choice from the time I made a reservation. Run, the concierge, contacted me in advance and made sure I arrived on schedule. The studio suite is located on the ground level and is ideal for a pair. The renovations were attractive and apt. There was no evidence that anything has been forgotten in this place, and detail was obvious. Even the free pods from the espresso machine are all extremely well stocked in the living area. The shower room and bedroom are both gorgeous. Everything was thought out. The apartments are close to the famed tram stop, which is used by the majority of tourists. Its beautiful during the day with stunning scenery of the river and harbor, but at night, the area becomes completely different, almost insignificant by the developers' feel. The complimentary slippers are the only complaint I have for the owner here, and they are too tiny for human feet. All other requirements are met. Perhaps a lap top safe would be helpful, or I may not have found it since everything else has been thought out. Don't hesitate, book, book, book, but please keep it secret!.
