This place is a gem. We were amazed at the size of our apt. and how quiet it is. It has easy access to shopping, sightseeing and amazing restaurants near by. It’s a very secure building, the hosts are easily accessible and they even offer mid stay cleaning. The appliances are brand new, the bathrooms impeccable and lots of special touches to make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place and we will always stay here when we’re back again.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! Nice quiet apartment. Plenty of room. Lots of amenities. The washer and dryer was a huge plus! Location couldn’t be any better!

Great location. Clean and relatively quiet. Unfortunately, I hoped I would have an apartment with a view of the Square instead of a sex shop. Security and safety however were never an issue. The internet was flawless and communication with management great. We asked for clean towels and were provided the same day. Washer with dryer were in the bathroom. Many, many restaurants and bars near by. Flat surroundings very easy to navigate and locate. Easy access to tours, guides and wondering. A vey great and memorable trip for my wife and I.

We loved our stay at Residentas Arco do Bandeira. The location right on Rossio Square was a great location to explore Lisbon by foot. The Presidential Apartment is exactly as pictured and we loved opening the balcony doors to enjoy the view from the room. The windows were very well sound proofed, so we heard very little noise at night. We extended our stay by one night and stayed in the Classic One-Bedroom Apartment as well. This was also exactly as pictured and was a great amount of space for two people.

This is a beautiful apartment in the heart of Lisbon. We appreciated the great location, immaculate, spacious and comfortable rooms within, well stocked kitchen with yummy treats, comfy bed, and also friendly and prompt communication with host. We truly enjoyed our stay here!

Our family of 6 loved our stay! We would definitely come again, loved the care package of things to try from Lisbon. Kids loved having a team party with it all! Was in a great location to walk and see sights. Staff were lovely and great to work with. There was an amazing restaurant right next door so we don’t have to go fare for dinner. Wish we would have done more then one night in Lisbon!

Room was clean & the perfect location near Rossio/shopping/Alfama & a nearby market. The only drawback is the sex shop under construction across the alleyway. With kids would rather that not be there but not much to control with that I guess. Hotel itself was perfect.

Absolutely incredible stay! The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully prepared with bakery treats and fresh orange water on arrival. Communication was fast and seamless, and the coded entry made everything easy for our group. The location is unbeatable, and visiting in March was perfect. We slept with the windows open and loved the sounds of the city. We especially appreciated the extra touches (coffee, tea, cereal, jam, honey, crackers) and the access to a lounge, reading room, bathroom, and luggage storage before check-in. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional. When our child fell ill during our stay, the cleaning staff helped us navigate and were incredibly kind, responsive, and thorough. 10/5 stars! we’ll definitely be back, and next time for longer!

This unit blew us away. It was very very clean, high ceilings, two spacious bedrooms and bathroom, washer/dryer combo, a large living room and combined kitchen. We would definitely stay here each time we visit Lisbon. The location of the property is across the street from a lively plaza. It was very quiet considering our location. We highly recommend this space to anyone visiting. We were half a mile from St. George castle and were able to walk to so many places. Loved it here!!

Perfect location looking into Rossio Square. The apartment was beautiful, modern, clean and fully equipped with a small kitchen. Our washer/dryer did not work so the staff did our laundry for us, which was so kind! Service & accommodations were perfect. The only suggestion would be to add a foam topper to the bed as the mattress was quite hard. But we slept comfortably on the couch (2 twin beds) our last 2 nights & had lovely sleep. Would recommend this building 10/10 & for sure would book again.

We stayed at the property from February 27-March 6th in a 2 bedroom unit. Everything was as advertised, location was perfect. The girls at the lobby were very helpful and pleasant. There is a Continnental grocery store close by so we had the necessities to eat breakfast in room before heading out for the day. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to explore Lisbon and would definitely book again.

Our stay here was amazing. The property is exactly as described. It was central and had so much space. We had a two bedroom apartment and it was perfect for us and our two teenagers. The property was very responsive to all request and always went above and beyond. We will be back! Thank you!
