We were so pleasantly surprised by the unit. We were lucky to have the square view and it was way prettier than the website pictures. We were welcomed to this beautiful table setting and treats. The location of this unit is perfect to see all the important sites nearby. It’s also close to the railway station if you want to visit Sintra. I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful apartment overlooking Rossio Square and so many sites and restaurants within walking distance. The table was set with a bottle of port wine and meringues for us when we arrived. Very comfortable beds and room to spread out with our family of four. The staff was very responsive when we needed them (stuck shower door, locating washer/dryer).

Pictures do not do this place justice, it had a huge living room with two full-size couches, a kitchen with dishes, etc., and two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It was wonderful, and close to so many places we wanted to go.

Excellent location with well-equipped suites that include all the essential amenities. The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests or questions. For the best experience, I recommend requesting a room overlooking the main square for a beautiful view.

You cannot beat this location. We loved the number or restaurants, stores and various sites close by. The train station is also a few blocks. The hotel was nice and the room had a kitchen for convenience.

We had a great stay at Residentas Arco do Bandeira. The location is perfect and central to many different spots we wanted to hit up. The apartment was spacious and clean, filled with essentials we needed. Nice water pressure too! Communication was great and they were very thoughtful. We were traveling with a toddler and they included a little bear in his crib which he LOVED and took everywhere. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back!

Spacious, very clean and very stylish apartment with an amazing view over Rossio square. Excellent communication and attention to detail. The online check in process was quite time consuming for 5 guests but made the actual check in seamless.

Wonderful stay, clean, spacious. Prompt communication from host. Location was good. You will hear outside noise (people, cars, etc) so if you are a light sleeper consider that. Tourist hub and within walking distance to metro, and several other areas. Would definitely stay here again if in area and recommend.
