Excellent location, main downtown. Very clean. Can walk to everything, many resturants and cafes around. Only thing is our room was on top floor and the roof was slanting. Hit my head in the washroom a few times.

The rooms were immaculate and very well equipped. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. The location was excellent, within walking distance of many of the notable neighbourhoods and sites. Having the luggage storage about 700m down the cobblestone streets was not ideal with big suitcases. We had to take a bolt/uber because we arrived in Lisbon before the 4pm check in and departed the city after the 10am checkout times. Which was still less than the additional early/late stay add-on fees offered. If you only have a small suitcase you can carry, not roll (will destroy your wheels), it is fine. Overall, excellent accommodations and location. I would return with less luggage. 😅

This accommodation is perfect. Much larger than any hotel room and located in the perfect location close to restaurants, transit and all the places in Lisbon we wanted to see. Room was very clean and having a full kitchen and laundry was wonderful.

We very much enjoyed our stay here . The apartment was huge ! The staff were amazing . They were always asking if everything was ok and if we needed anything . Very much appreciated the welcome gift ! The location was perfect ! We were happy to find a nice flat area to stay at , some of the other areas appeared quite hilly . Numerous places to eat nearby . Enjoyed the view from the large windows . Would love to stay here again if we return to Lisbon and would most definitely recommend it to others !!

The hotel and room were very clean. Close to all major attractions. Communication between management team was also great as when we needed to communicate them. I would stay there again!

We were extremely pleased with Residentas Aurea. Not only was it a clean and beautiful apartment, but it was centrally located, easy to get in and out of with access codes, the staff provided helpful recommendations for restaurants and local activities, and they also left delicious snacks and rose for us. The location couldn't have been better, the views spectacular. It is a gem!
