The house was close to the old city. There were 5 of us staying for a week. They provided us 1 towel per person when arriving. I thought we would receive new towels daily. that was not the case. I had to text the owner and ask for more. He told me we had a washing machine and that was our only towels. I stated we don't have a dryer and nothing is drying. Finally he brought extra. Also there was not enough toilet paper and I texted him about that. No reply. I had to buy more myself. Not sure what the cleaning charge was for because no one ever came to clean the house!

We are very disappointed in this apartment because of the following reasons: 1. They cleaned up our room without our permission came a day prior to our check-out date and they TOUCHED our things WITHOUT CALLING US and they had our phone number TOUCHED our things means moved my backpack from the room to the corridor, put all the things inside my bag and messed it up. We lost things afterwards. 2. Poor service and very impolite After finding out they touched our things, we called to make a complaint but what we got was YELLING BACK from the owner and HUNG UP by her. 3. Dirty apartment The owner charged us 75€ for cleaning fee, but when we arrived and used the toilet, we found the toilet dirty, there were black spots on the toilet seat. Plus, the toilet seat is BROKEN. 4. Poor facilities Besides the toilet seat, the water hand in the kitchen is NOT FIXED and there was only hot water.
