It a was a good location. Bus 773 is close to the unit if you don't want to walk. Close to many restaurants and a mini market. It was not right in the city of Lisbon, but close enough to walk. They fixed a problem we had in the bathroom straight away and helped organise a doctor for my husband. Only one issue is that there are 2 flights of stairs up to the unit. Not too much of a problem, but worth knowning. There is also some stairs up to the bedroom inside.

Apartment was very spacious and well equipped with kitchen items. Great to have the small terrace, a lovely outside space. All staircases, both leading up to the second floor apartment and leading up to the bedroom inside the apartment, were rather steep, with the front door being difficult to manage, so maybe not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. The host sent clear instructions on how to access the accommodation and responded very quickly when a new hairdryer was requested due to the existing one not working. The wifi was sufficient for phones etc but seemed unable to support the satellite tv connection for more than about 5 minutes without disconnecting itself repeatedly - so the tv was not usable. Location was close to many shops/bars/restaurants and it took about 25 minutes to walk into the centre of Lisbon. Overall, a great apartment for our holiday and we would definitely stay there again.

Renovated duplex in an authentic building. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and the nice terrace contribute to well being. Be aware that there are quite steep stairs to and within the apartment. I would stay here again.

Our pictures do not adequately show how bad this place was and were taken immediately upon arrival. This place was horrific, mouse and cockroach droppings. Furniture was soiled and looked like it was caked in suntanner. Very dirty with hair and dust. Looked like a handyman special gone wrong. The hotel was very hard/impossible to contact and would not issue us a refund. They never replied to any of our calls/emails. The conditions at this apartment are not sanitary and there is no way of contacting anyone for assistance. It was also our honeymoon so it put quite the damper on the trip.
