We are at the heart of Rebeira district easy access to everything ... Very good and nice location .The property is excellent with a very helpful knowledgeable ( around easy routes to everything ) front desk person .

This is in a great location, relatively quick to get to from the airport and from the train station. The staff is friendly and check in was easy. The rooms are spacious and air conditioning worked great, the bed was comfy also. No issues storing luggage after check in. We had an (unfortunately) short stay and can’t wait to be back :)

ドン•ルイス一世橋から近くで、観光には最適な場所です。オンラインチェックインもスムーズでした。エレベータがあって、階段を登らずに部屋に行けるので便利でしたが、スーツケース二つに人二人乗るとすぐアラームが鳴ってしまいます。スーツケース二つの場合は一人乗るだけにした方がいいです。

We stayed 4 nights at VC Heritage Ribeira and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment we checked in the service was beyond amazing. They even found out it was my birthday during our stay and went out of their way to deliver a bottle of champagne to the room. You cannot beat the location and the cleanliness is a 10/10. I highly recommend if you ever plan to visit Porto.

A hidden jewel! This place delivered exactly what it promised—and then some. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped, with a fully stocked kitchen and coffee/tea ready to go, though you’re steps away from great restaurants if you prefer to eat out. The 5th-floor river view was a highlight—genuinely beautiful—and the location couldn’t be better. You’re right in the heart of it all, which brings a lively atmosphere. Street musicians add to the charm (and wrap up at a reasonable hour), and boat tours practically depart from your doorstep. Convenience stores and groceries are just around the corner, making everything easy. It’s also perfectly situated for exploring: just a quick 14-minute walk across the river to catch a show at Cais do Fado—an experience I’d strongly recommend. Overall, a vibrant, comfortable stay in an unbeatable location. I'd definitely recommend as a place to stay.

Look no further. You will find everything you need for the comfortable stay in the middle of the most popular tourist attraction. The property provides the experience of living in the historical building blended with all modern necessities, compact yet very functional, from the elevator to the kitchenette and bathroom. The stuff is amazingly friendly and helpful, both Jose and Catarina were able to help and guide us making sure our questions are answered and our needs are addressed. If you are traveling as a couple - this is your place to stay in Porto

Jose's communication was prompt, warm, and genuine, making the check-in and check-out process effortless. Jose provided personalized recommendations that enriched my trip immensely, setting a gold standard for hospitality. Location, Safety and Serenity The location is great—perfectly situated for easy access to the quai along the Douro river as well as the historical center and major attractions, yet tucked away in a very safe area. My stay was incredibly quiet and peaceful. As a single female traveler, it was the perfect refuge after a long day of exploring. Immaculate and Well-Equipped The commitment to cleanliness was astounding. The entire space was spotless. The studio was stocked with absolutely everything you could need; it was clear that every detail was thoughtfully considered for the guest’s comfort. It truly lacked nothing. Everything was fine. We booked the hotel because of the location and that it had an elevator. The elevator was very small and slow, but it fit 2 of us with our luggage. We were on the top floor. The elevator did not go to that floor. We had to walk the last flight. These things did not bother us at all. If you cannot walk, make sure to get a room on a lower floor. It was a little noisy at night since we were in the front, but again this did not bother us. This is what you get for being in a great location. I would stay here again.

Great location just steps from the Duoro River! If you want to be where the action is for an affordable price this works great. If you are claustrophobic you might not appreciate the elevator but other then that it was perfeito! Btw that front desk staff were very helpful!!
