I cant complain about this establishment at all. The hotel was immaculate inside and out. The rooms had excellent refrigerators, safes, air conditioning, and nice hot showers. The breakfast menu had something for everyone, and it was changed every day. But, nothing is too much difficulty for the employees. When we asked for worry beads, one of the breakfast waitresses came across the street and brought us a selection for us to choose from and purchase at the shop across the street. Special mention should goanna, who made our vacation so memorable and was so polite. This location is in a great central location, but quiet, with a lovely small pool and pool area. Can't wait to return!.

I booked a room here for 10 days but I was disappointed with the service from the receptionist, and the service was okay. They offer complimentary drinks and food from the snack bar. But the room cleanliness was also good and the view was great. It's really good, and the service here was also friendly. I will definitely go back to this place again.

I had to leave early because I was waiting at the last minute to be here on Saturday. I'd be going back in a few days and will definitely book again. This hotel has the best location! The seaside, grocery store, and town center are all within a 10-minute walk. The employees at this hotel are friendly and helpful, they also provide the necessary safety barrier, including temperature checks for entry and sanitizer stations everywhere. Had a studio with a side sea view on the 1 st floor. The studio was roomy and had fully furnished kitchen facilities like a dishwasher! A very nice little dining table. The balcony was a good size with sun until around rp. The beds were comfortable, and there was sunshine until about 6 o'clock. The view was lovely, and in the evening, you could hear the waves crashing on the beach.

I booked in December 2019, after another wonderful stay last September grd time here. I booked a non-amenable rate and was a little concerned when couid hit, even though I had travel interruption insurance. When the air bridge opened in august I actually started to think we might be able to complete our stay this year, sadly it was short lived. I called luna and she quickly arranged for my stay to be moved to the same time next year. I feel very disappointed that I won't be visiting beautiful and this great hotel this year. The staff at the hotel has always done everything to help and the contact centre staff has proved to be as helpful! thank you for making what could have been a very stressful problem so easy.

This is a wonderful area. I stayed here for the first week in September and had no complaints whatsoever. The temperature was taken on arrival, and our luggage was securely stored until the room was ready, giving us a little time to explore the area. Our studio room was perfect, large, and clean, with everything we needed for cooking. It had a stunning sea view from our seventh story. Breakfast was well thought out, with three time slots to avoid crowding. The town is approximately a fifteen-minute walk away, and the beach is approximately ten minutes away. There is a wide range of dining options and attractions, we are seriously considering returning since we have so much to see.
