O apartamento estava limpo e bem arrumado. Localizado ao lado Mercado do Bolhao e supermercados, tudo muito fácil. O check-in foi ótimo, chegamos cedo e o apartamento estava disponível e foi liberado prontamente. A equipe de funcionários foi ótima e nos auxiliou ba entrada do imóvel. Cozinha boa e equipada com o suficiente para pequenas refeições. Recomendo.

Very good location, near three grocery stores. Across Bolhao market with subway station few steps away. Infront are bus stops if planning to use them. Not good for visitors with hip and knee issues, you need to climb a high stairs to get to the first floor that has an elevator. Elevator works well good for three people. Inside, it’s nice and new. We rented four days and we got one free cleaning.

적극 추천. 객실은 정말 깔끔했습니다. 특히 침구류가 깨끗하고 푹신하여 아주 만족했습니다. 화장실이 두 개인 점도 매우 좋았습니다. 그리고 직원분들도 상당히 친절했습니다. 이 호텔이 포르투갈 호텔 체인으로 알고 있는데 꽤 관리가 잘 되어있다는 인상을 받았습니다. 위치도 대부분의 관광지와 가까워 모든 장소를 걸어다녔습니다. 숙소 바로 옆에 마트, 1분 거리에 꽤 규모가 있는 마트가 두 곳이나 있어 그 점도 좋았고 한 두 블럭만 걸으면 쇼핑거리도 있습니다. 길 건너편에는 볼량 시장. 다시 묵는다면 또 선택할 의향이 있습니다. 다만 샤워실 절반이 뚫려있는 점은 개선했으면 합니다. 물이 튀어서 발 수건이 다 젖습니다. 그것만 제외하면 정말 좋은 숙소입니다.

The room was very nice. I was on the top floor, the 4th, and was not able to see the street because of a facade in front of the windows. But, there was good light with a rooftop and sky view. Staff is pleasant and very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the location was very good for getting to lots of attractions.

The suite was well layed out and came complete with a small kitchenette. Very walkable from our location. The staff were amazing. I had questions before we even started our vacation and they were quick to respond. Upon arrival, they were extremely helpful in trying to make our vacation a memorable experience. The only concern would be the first flight of stairs that had to be climbed before reaching the elevator. If stairs are an issue then this could be game changing. We didn’t give it a second thought. All the positives out weighed this one negative. We highly recommend this location. It should be noted that they have a few other properties in the area.

My husband and I stayed at 1A (YOUROPO-Market) for 4 nights with our 2 teenage daughters. We arrived a few hours early, the check-in office helped us store our luggages in their lockers until the check-in time. We loved the design of the apartment, and though we found issues with the shower on the first night, they were resolved by the next day. There was a flight of stairs we needed to walk up before we could reach our room on the first floor, but we saw elevators for the subsequent floors above after the initial stairs. The apartment had high ceilings and was expansive enough that walking from one end to the other actually requires a bit of time! My husband loved the enclosed balcony in the kitchen, which made for a good spot for people-watching and allowed us to admire the street views from different angles. The location was convenient, with the Bolhão market just across the street, the supermarket Pingo Doce downstairs, a 1-min walk from Bolhão metro station, a 9-min walk to the São Bento train station, and a few mins walk to the famous Rua de Santa Catarina. There were 2 queen beds and 2 bathrooms, and we found the beds to be comfortable, though the pillows were on the softer side. The wifi was fast and the service was excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much!

I can’t say enough about our stay. The staff was AMAZING, friendly and on top of every little thing. Communication was smooth and easy via WhatsApp. There’s a small kitchenette that is perfect if you get tired of dining out at Port’s 10,000 restaurants. Walkable to so many attractions. Directly across from the open air market.

A stunning apartment—clean, modern. Across from an indoor market where we bought fresh fish, fruit and treats that we prepared in the apartment. The business office is two doors down and open 24/7 so there are no worries of access. The employee, Emily, gave us helpful tourist ideas and escorted us to the apartment.

The property was beautiful, well maintained and comfortable in with a great location near the market place. It was very clean, staff are really friendly and helpful. There is place at reception to deposit your luggage before check in and out which is really convenient. Will come back for sure.

Perfect apartment for 3 people. Clean and quiet even though in the heart of the market area. Room darkening shutters were great. Easy communication with staff via WhatsApp. Able to store our luggage if needed.
