Wir sind früh eingereist in Moskau und nach dem Anruf in Office vom Kwart Otel freundliche weise bekamen unsere Wohnung 1 Tag früher. Wir sind sehr froh gewesen und müssten nicht andere Hotel suchen. Tolle bedienung und perfekte Lage!

The people who run this place were very good, but be aware that you are not going to have any English speakers around anywhere in Moscow, and the check in process is no different! But she was very thorough in her explanation of how things work in the apartment with demonstration and some google translate! The washer is only a washer, you will need to dry your clothes on a drying rack and the washer is somewhere between a bathroom and kitchen sink in size, so you won’t be doing much laundry, but you can if necessary- we managed 2 small loads a day around the more important task of sightseeing. The air conditioning is only in one room at the end of this Soviet era apartment. We were there during a heat wave, and it did pretty well considering that, but make sure you close the curtains to keep the sun out all day or it won’t be able to keep up at all. We used the transfers from the airport, be very clear if you aren’t coming and going from the same one - they seemed a little surprised and frustrated when we left because it wasn’t the same although I had previously given them our flight information. There is also a fabulous restaurant on the block that had lots of interesting things to eat and was very reasonable in price (about $100 for 6 people including some adult beverages!). There is also a small grocery store, atm, and bus stop on the block (but we couldn’t figure out how to pay for the bus so we ended up using Yandex (Russian Uber) instead). Would be walkable too.

位置在市中心，去紅牆及克宮都很方便。在莫斯科找地址有點困難，好在有人指點，否則要花更多時間去找。接待人不懂英語，用翻譯器總算把問題解決了。房間可以遠眺莫斯科景點，不錯。

The apartment is good and clean. Only two things we did not like. We did not know how th Use the telefon, they did not have direction there. And they promised to meet as , but did not. We have to pay a lot of money for the taxi to get to the apartment after 40 minits waiting at the station. We like the area and the apartment was clean and nice.

The location is great; however, we waited nearly an hour for someone to take us to our room. They have a big sign saying they “DONT” speak English (ok that’s fair) and that this is “NOT” a Hotel or hostel. When taken to our room, lady placed bedsheets on each of our beds for us to make up. When making my bed, I discovered blood stains on the mattress pad, so removed it. We asked for toilet paper and were told we had to buy our own. Some random man unlocked the door and walked into our apartment and was shocked we were there. We looked for another hotel, but as it was during the World Cup, we were stuck. If you can handle such inconveniences, the location is great and about a mile and a half from Red square and a few minutes walk from old Arbat and two metro stops. But, due to the bloodstains, lack of toilet paper, and poor service, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Это был УЖАСНЫЙ опыт!!! Нам так и не удалось заселиться в отель, так как нас никто не встретил. Мы подтвердили бронирование с работниками отеля заранее, а также удостоверились что поздний заезд не будет проблемой, так как наш рейс был поздним. В итоге нас никто не встретил!!! Оказалось что это даже не отель, а квартиры, где даже не было указано что это место которое мы бронировали. Пытались связаться с отелем сразу по прилету, так они даже дали неверный номер телефона, и последующие попытки связаться по другим телефонам были тщетными. В итоге нам пришлось искать альтернативный вариант проживания ночью. Такое ощущение что это "шарашкина контора" на которую к сожалению мы попали. Никогда не бронируйте в этом отеле !!!!

IT IS JUST A TERRIBLE PLACE. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND THE APARTMENT WHERE YOU BOOK. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH THE STAFF FOR CHECK IN. YOU HAVE TO SPEND HOURS TO REACH THEM. STAFF SPEAKS NO ENGLISH AT ALL AND ALSO NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. IT IS A VERY OLD BUILDING. DONT EVEN THINK OF GOING THERE.
