Нужно было место, чтобы переночевать и рано утром уехать с Белорусского вокзала в Шереметьево. Считаю, идеальное место, близко от вокзала, просторно, дружелюбный персонал, чисто. Если потребуется - возьмем снова

Apartment very well located, close to airport train (Sheremeteov) and local metro. The area has a large number of good restaurants. However, having stayed in this apartment several times, it seems always to be a struggle to get into the apartment (check-in) due to the fact, that there is no communication from outside to the actual apartment. Hope they will solve this soon.

Problem without air condition, especially during summertime. However, extremely hot in Moscow during my stay. Staircase a bit lousy as well, but no problem if you are used to Russia.

Room is pleasant, clean, would be most beneficial for those staying a few days who want to prepare meals in room. Very convenient to Belorusskaya Train station and metro stop. Because it is not a hotel per se but an apartment, special arrangements must be made to be let in and for check out. There are no options for leaving luggage until check in time. While there is a lift for most of the trip up to the apartment there are steps into the building and one flight of steps from the elevator to the room. Bathroom has a water heater so can shower with hot water even if hot water is not centrally available. Tub is slightly difficult to access--high to step into and 2 levels within tub. Could not get Wi Fi to work despite rebooting modem.

Placing var bra nära till tunnelbana & tåg huset var nergånget , trapphuset lika så ingen belysning i området runt huset rummet var ok men det var en dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa

We booked this apartment for 2 weeks. On the second night I noticed roaches on the kitchen table, called the manager, they offered to send a bug exterminator, but the room would smell for 2-3 days. Excuse me? After some negotiations, they found another apartment on the other side of the town. They did not provide any transportation, they did not pay for the taxi, no other compensation was offered. When we came to the second apartment, nobody was waiting for us. After several phone calls, they found a lady who was supposed to be there… but she was late, not a big deal, we can wait for an hour on the street. And yes, you have to speak Russian to negotiate anything, do not recommend the place.

We arrived Moscow and took a taxi to the property. Taxi driver was a bit shock that we were going to that place. He called the property owner to find out where about is the place. Firstly, the property owner didn’t know there was a booking and kept asking about our name, then she want to talk to us and then she told the driver where to go. When we arrived, we cannot find the property. The taxi driver called her, she said she will come and pick us up. She did not come. After waiting for more than 15 minutes, we had to leave and find another hotel. The taxi driver was kind enough to accompany us the whole time.

Pésimo, no es el de las fotos ni cerca , nos salimos el primer día que llegamos y exigimos un reembolso , no ocupamos el lugar más que una noche , se estaba cayendo a pedazos y tengo vídeos y fotos para probarlo

Alor déjà la dame qui nous a reçu n’est pas polie et ne voulais rien savoir , les draps du lit n’était pas laver sa se sentait que d’autres personnes ont dormi dedans avant nous , il y a du bruit 24h sur 24 comme si quelqu’un tappais constament au dessus de l’appartement, l’immeuble est salle et pue les poubelles je déconseille fortement .

아파트형 숙소를 찾을 수 없었습니다. 예약서류에 아파트 키나 이용방법을 알려주는 내용이 없고 인포메이센터를 알려주지도 명기하지도 않았습니다. 3시간 가족들과 숙소 찾다가 별도로 요금내고 다른 호텔에 묵었습니다. 문제가 많은 숙박시설입니다.
