This apartment hotel is a great and inexpensive alternative to the more regular hotel options in Moscow. It is really an apartment that is run like a hotel with short-term leases. The hotel is extremely safe with three locked gates/doors. The interior is clean and pleasant. There is air conditioning and and an elevator. The only potential downside to this option is that it requires you to arrange to meet the hotel manager to check-in, since there is no reception desk. The easiest way to communicate with the management is in Russian. Luckily, we had a friend who took care of this for us!

Studio très bien situé, spacieux, dans une rue au calme. Nous avions réservé un transfert aéroport / appartement,Yuri notre chauffeur a été d'une gentillesse. L'accueil à l'appartement était bon malgré les problèmes de communication ! En effet, ils ne parlent pas anglais donc il vaut mieux télécharger l'application Google traduction pour communiquer en Russe, aussi bien pour la réservation que pour l'arrivée, ça évite des malentendus. Ils sont équipés de cette application qui fonctionne avec ou sans wifi, d'ailleurs c'est la charmante personne qui nous a accueillis qui nous l'a conseillé.

O problema foi com o endereço. Extremamente complicado para chegar lá. Nem os taxistas sabiam onde ficava. Foi desgastante . Fora isso, o local é ótimo e o apartamento é bom e confortável.

최고의 위치, 대중교통 활용성은 최고. 비교적 깨끗하고 잘 갖춰진 시설. 호텔이 아닌 아파트로서 체크인, 체크아웃의 불편함. 혹시 모를 불편 사항에 대한 즉각적 대처의 불가능.

Centrally located , 5 mins from Metro, good café , restaurants around the corner. shower pressure was weak, so it takes 10 minutes for a shower instead of 5 in the morning...., but it's not big issue ...

It was generally good its very clean, and near to the center, the only problem they did not have an Electric or even gas heater For the water to have a hot shower but have insted a warmer just to have warm water and you have to make the water to run slowlly to get warm water which was not so satisfactory For Us , but it was good and i recomend it for who plan to visit moscow .

On this stay we had a very well located, spacious and comfortable apartment, where we went people could sleep comfortably, is very close to the major sites, or to know and this helped us a lot.

空港送迎をドタキャン。アーリーチェックアウトも急に中止。キャンセル入れているのに当日部屋を使うのか確認があり、返答後「最悪」と言われる始末。受付がないアパートはコミュニケーションに細心の注意が必要です。

During check-in, we wanted to check that everything was working and we noticed that there was no hot water. The boiler wasn't working properly. It was -10 degrees outside, so it wasn't possible to use the shower. The lady that came to check us in confirmed the situation by phone to her supervisor. The supervisor informed us they could only send somebody to check the problem a day after, without guaranteeing that the problem would be fixed at that time. Considering that our booking was only for 2 nights, this was unacceptable. The supervisor reassured us over the phone that due to this problem, they would cancel the reservation and refund the payment to us in full. We had no other choice, but to book a different accommodation and then walk to a different place with all our luggage in the snow when it's -10 degrees outside! When I later contacted hotels dot com about the refund, I was informed that the management of the apartment didn't acknowledge the situation and didn't agree to issue a full refund. They were ready to make a 50 percent refund, which was not acceptable considering that they didn't check the apartment properly, that we had to pay for an alternative accommodation, and that we had to deal with the hassle of finding alternative accommodation and getting there with all our luggage in the snow when it's -10 degrees. 17 days have gone since then, and we are still waiting for a response. I don't know if the boiler has been fixed, but keep in mind who you deal with!
