Namarig

Good hotel, generally clean with exception of washroom having odour coming from the sink. Also the wifi was not working, apparently it’s because they gave us a corner room. Great location.

The location and facilities were excellent. The microwave and stove plugs were awkwardly placed so, I couldn't use either. The 2 receptionists also spoke very little English which overall wasn't a problem. The behaviour of the youngster at reception on Friday however, was just impolite. As a person much older than him, I felt a bit offended. Overall, good value for money!

The staff are very unprofessional. I booked through Expedia. Booking was confirmed. The location they have listed on Expedia is not accurate. I had to get out of my car and ask around till I arrived. While lost, I tried to call the phone number they have listed on my reservation, the phone was off. After I arrived, they seemed that they had no clue about my reservation. Room was not cleaned yet, although I arrived at 5 pm. They had me wait till they cleaned it up. We walked into the room and the floor was still wet and slippery . I was supposed to have 3 beds in my suite, only found two. Took them time to bring me an extra mattress to throw on the floor. Towels seem to be a big deal for them. Took them 3 requests and an hour and a half to bring in towels. I ran out of toilet paper on the second day. I asked the front desk for it. I checked out on the third day without getting any. I had to use tissues instead. Vey poor service.
