Kebersihan hotel ini terjaga dengan baik, namun sayangnya air panas yang tersedia tidak berfungsi dengan baik sehingga membuat kecewa tamu yang menginap. Selain itu, penginapan ini juga tidak menyediakan air panas yang cukup untuk mandi.

The studio is in the central area near the city of sentosa. There is a free shuttle service. There is a bar and restaurant downstairs until late. I prefer a stay experience.

I have had the best residential support from isa during my stay in singapore. We all came for my sons surgery and we stayed for more than 3 weeks very comfortable. Initially due to a doctors request, i had to change my reservation and the staff were very understandable with my genuine request. The staff are friendly and helpful. The environment is ecofriendly and there are nice areas to walk in the evening. All food stores nearby and a bus stop is nearby. My next visit after 6 months again for medical reasons, and i have no hesitation in choosing this place again. Thank you!.

After a year, ive returned here, and it still offers the highest level of quality and service. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and accommodating, making it ideal for longterm stays. The rooms are spacious compared to other hotels. The best thing about this place is that they also have a kitchenette! Bonus! Free laundry once a week.

My guest had a great time during her stay. Compared to other places they stayed, the room was quiet and spacious. The next time they return, they will book again because they are coming for a oneweek stay for the next nine months.

Do not have manner. Check out at 12, but when we were still sleeping, the housekeeping just opened the door at 10.30. I just knew they could do that in here?.

The rooms are welldesigned, so its perfect for a short stay. Public transportation is a bit far, but walking is good for health.

I stayed at isa for 2 months when i arrived in singapore. Had a hassle free stay in the king studio, great support from ms. Yulie during booking and stay and continued support from the entire housekeeping and maintenance staff. The rooms are well maintained and allow cooking in the kitchenette area. The location is very convenient and well connected. Highly recommended for short / longterm stays in singapore.
