Location very great, near City Hall MRT dan bus station in Hill street, right across fort canning park, the breakfast is so so. However, there are plenty food option as it is located inside Funan mall. Checkin and stay experience are great. The staff are friendly. Room is clean, bidet available in the toilet, free drink water refill.

My son and I stayed at Lyf for 5 nights in February 2026, visiting from America. We absolutely loved the fact that it’s inside a mall & the mall itself is amazing, can’t get any better than that, right? Oh yes it can, the location is absolutely top tier, close to all the major spots & Fort Canning park is right across the street. You can literally get there from a bridge inside the mall. How awesome is that. Housekeeping, the front desk staff & breakfast (which you get free if you’re an Ascott member - sign up is free) were also amazing. Highly recommend.

Amazing location, very easy to get around either by walking or public transit! The mall has plenty of dining options for a quick bite! Breakfast was good with updated menu daily. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times!

Great for solo travelers! The hotel’s main draw is its location. It’s located inside Funan mall. This means it’s across the street from Fort Canning Park, and walking distance to most major museums (National Gallery, National Museum etc) and also walking distance from Merlion, Singapore's River quays, and Chinatown. So, no shortage of food options. Also connected via underground to City Hall station, making it very easy to get around and getting to the airport. Cons: the rooms are rather small, and no fridge inside room. The floors have water dispensers and fridges for common use. If being inside a mall sounds too busy for you then that might be a con. Otherwise great location at a great price point!

很乾淨、很方便各樣都很好！只是check in 時服務員在我們要求拖鞋的時候、指示我們去自助区拿！但其實是沒有的！要到第二天、看到另一個女服務員、再問、才知道是應該要在櫃位拿的！另外、去房間的走廊有一道鐵門、自動開關的時候力度很大、要小心一點

Hotel on top of a Mall, lot of shops (mostly electronics, sport and fashion) a lot of eating options. Staff very friendly and professional. Room was spotless, the bed maybe a little hard (personal preference, not bad in any way).

地理位置绝好，大多数景区步行可以到。就在百年消防站对面。福康宁公园和旧禧警察局也在斜对面。近到从房间可以看到。服务人员很友好，还带早餐，省不少钱，早餐种类也足够。房间大小也够用。插座可以直接充电不需要转换器。退房后可以寄存行李，还有公共空间可以休息充电等时间。楼下就是商场和美食广场，不能再方便了。价格也合适，性价比高。
