Ms. Vijaya Lead reception at front desk was a vital part of what made our experience phenomenal. She greeted us every single day with a bright smile and kind regards without fail. She assisted us with several inquiries and is exceptionally quick and efficient in any category of our/guest needs. Without her there every day, we can confidently say that we would not have enjoyed our stay whatsoever. If she isn’t already the general manager or team leader, this is exactly what she should be; as some of the rest of the entire Park Avenue Suites team could really benefit from her knowledge, sense of hospitality and sincerity. As a matter of fact, in our experience, the rest of the reception, F&B and housekeeping team are completely lacking in hospitality and authenticity. They are rude, expect guests to service themselves and are completely unpleasant. Without Vijaya, this review would have been below 1 star.

Totally recommended! Great location [next to Clarke Quay] with Starbucks, 7-11 and several other restaurants & cafes, within the same complex premises. MRT [Fort Canning] is within 5 mins walking. Professional & courteous staff. Our Family Room [2 rooms] was spacious with all amenities and well maintained. Housekeeping is immaculate.

Perfect for a solo traveller. Bus and train down stairs. Staff extremely helpful. I felt safe always. Great restaurants downstairs. The pool was perfect after a day of wandering the Riverside and shopping

Great, highly functional, very conveniently located service apartment in central Singapore. The property is only a few minutes from an MRT station, has a 7/11 (24h convenience store) downstairs, a shopping mall adjacent to it, and is well appointed with a washer-dryer, fridge freezer, iron, oven, kettle, and other amenities. Large and spacious bathroom, and plenty of closet space too. Staff were very helpful, showing us where to indicate for food deliveries and receiving packages on our behalf. Good pool with separate changing room too.

This serviced apartment has exceeded my expectations and more. The staff was very helpful and always friendly. The whole place from swimming pool to reception are clean and modern. The room is big. For a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) and staying for almost 2 weeks, its very convenient to have our own space, living room and kitchen. There are not many places in singapore which offering that quality. MRT station and bus stations are within 1-2 mins. It is very well located with main attraction also in walking distance. Thank you for our amazing experience.

Very good sized apartment. Beds super comfy. Air-con can be adjusted separately in each room. High level cleaning. Friendly staff. Nice pool area with good options for both sun and shade. Good location for walking to many places, short walk to MRT and several busses stopping right outside the building.

Our one bedroom apartment was very clean and spacious. A short 5 minutes walk to Fort Canning MRT on the convenient Downtown Line. Restaurants and a 711 on the ground floor. Also many restaurants nearby. Great value. Why would you just stay in a hotel room?

Travelling with a 19 month old. Spacious rooms, convenient location. Has a grocery store right next door which has everything you need which was a blessing. Grocery store is slightly expensive but you pay for convenience. Also a drug store as well. Very friendly staff, highly recommend.

The kitchen was average equipped,could have more utensils, like a peeler for example the washing machine/ dryer were helpful for our 10 day stay. And great drying rack, unusual for a holiday appartement

Flight changes meant we arrived at 5 am instead of previous evening which made check-in a bit chaotic. Room was ready and much appreciated. Some wierd switch locations which we overcame. Kitchenette had a washer/dryer which was a great asset. Staff super friendly and reactive. Location is excellent with fort canning station over the road. Plenty of eating opportunities close by.
