The room was overall in good shape. We liked decorative headboard, which nice soft lighting for the room. Had a balcony and fridge which are always nice amenities. However the mattress might be the most uncomfortable one I’ve slept on during my recent travels. All of the bathrooms were out of paper towel and only one of the three had hand soap during my stay. This bathroom ran low on soap by our second night, as every guest was only using this bathroom. We informed the staff downstairs of the lack of soap and paper towel our first night but in our two nights, nothing was refilled. Showers have mold, especially in the ceiling. My wife took a shower and the water backed up to her above her ankles. Good walkable location to the lake and the rest of bled.
