We were a family with 2 teens who arrived at the end of the afternoon. Where you are allowed to park is marked on the parking spot in the flat. The receptionist, who worked there, was quite cordial. He first led us to our apartment rather than going through the entire verification procedure, and then advised us to return when we were ready. The apartment has two bedrooms. The kids had their own beds. Rooms are not very big. There was a clean bathroom with a shower curtain. There is a couch, a dining table, and a kitchen with a ceramic stove in the living room. We could watch the premier league on several different channels because there were many stations available. There is a comfortable and tranquil sitting space in the shade outside. The steep steps leading from the boulevard was the sole drawback.

The apartment was very clean and modern. I liked the AC, fully equipped kitchen, and the shade of the park. The receptionist was very helpful. The route through the park to the beach is nice and not very far.

If the place is in a reputable place, besides its proximity to the city center and a welcoming staff, stay here. However, be prepared to sleep at night until 70. The laundry room is noisy and the walls are thin. A neighbor's renovation may be an added bonus. I can't sleep at all after 730. There was a dirty laundry area. The linens and towels appeared to be clean. The toilet and tiles in the bathroom have mold and pink slime. It could use steam cleaning.

I would recommend this place to couples and families. This apartment is located on a hillside, but the bus stop is only 10 minutes away and has plenty of parking space. The apartment is very clean and we have a nice small balcony. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and there is a nice little balcony.

We visited Portoroz first with our baby girl and had a great time. We have stayed in a beachfront hotel in Portoroz for a few years now, but we think apartments are better options because we travel with a young baby. And we were not wrong. We are very satisfied. Everything was nice, clean, and comfortable so we all enjoyed it. I recommend this property to everyone. It is family friendly and an excellent option for young people who enjoy nature and fresh air. The room was clean and nice, the cleaning lady clean after three days, change towels, charge shampoo and soap if needed. The sheets were also changed. They gave us the key to use the laundry room, which was really helpful. Thank you very much to Ursa for making our stay great and will surely return here again.
