It's unquestionably one of the best places I've stayed in Cape Town. We reserved online and when we checked in, we were given a fair upgrade to a penthouse. It was worth it. A two-story penthouse with ocean views and mountain views. The pool is awesome, can't wait to go back.

Modern, clean apartment. The apartment has a great sea view, and is very well located to access all of Cape Towns attractions. I would definitely recommend the apartment.

The staff were very helpful. The condition of the bed is not quite nice. The place is in an excellent position. This place offers very comfortable beds.

It was a very nice place and I would give it a 5 out of 5. In this hotel, the rooms were very spacious and clean. The bed was comfy. We got a deluxe suite, which is spacious and clean with a comfy bed. This hotel offers excellent service at all levels. The only downside was that some areas looked a bit worn out. The furniture in our bedroom was badly chipped and scratched. Excellent breakfast, I would have awarded it five stars but for the place's tiredness.

I've never had such amazing customer service in a hotel before. The staff were fantastic and on arrival a couple of small complaints were dealt with very efficiently. I've stayed in more opulent places, but I'd come back to this hotel just for the service.
