This is not a hotel! It is a luxury apartment complex with beautiful and spacious apartments. Check in ends at 5pm so make sure to call Insignia if you are arriving after this time, they will leave the keys for you at the gate.

This is by far the most modern and well equipped apartment/hotels we have ever stayed in. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were just pure value for money. The furniture was great, the bed super comfortable, each room including the lounge had a TV set - big screens too. It was awesome. The wifi was pretty fast and the balcony was a nice size and well furnished. I just loved this apartment. The security guard was super friendly and helpful too. I just love places like this that have high quality everything and are well maintained. Amazing stay

Je vous conseille absolument cet hôtel. Ne vous attendez à aucuns services particulier de la réception, c'est vraiment des appartements et vous faites votre propre vie. Les appartements sont très spacieux, très propre, très bien équipé (électroménagers au top), grand balcon style terrasse (où de chaque chambre vous pourrez y aller), literie de luxe avec grand lit, douche et baignoire dans la salle de bain vous aurez du choix! Et le plus: tv dans chaque chambre et elles ne sont pas petites ;). Un vrai cocon où vous vous sentirez chez vous. Vous avez à 2 minutes en voitures au choix (un spar ou un woolworth pour faire vos courses), à 5 minutes en voiture le plus grand cc d’Afrique Sandton city, et pleins de très bon restaurants dans ce centre sur la place Nelson Mandela. Le quartier est sécurisé, avec des gardes partout. Notamment la résidence est très sure. Comptez 20 minutes pour aller au centre de Joburg, mais c'est le quartier de La ville où il faut résider.

Will definitely book into Insignia again. Great choice of self catering rooms. Very new, exceptionally neat, and top class fittings and furniture. Much better than a hotel (no on site restaurant or room service or concierge) but this place is highly recommended.

My group was a Sports Team. The priority was proximity to the Sandton Convention Centre. Insignia provided the perfect base for the team. Quality accommodation, generous kitchen facilities for athletes on a strict diet and comfortable living areas. Most of all it was very affordable. The only drawback was that there is no facility to convert rooms from doubles to twins.

Big size apartment, new furnished, daily housekeeping. Including 50mbit wifi, dstv, movie channels, towels etc. no hairdryer. 2 car parking, highly secured, great location, sandton area is good. A compact mall is very close, grocery, restaurants etc are walking distance.. It's an apartment so no room service or no concierge..

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The place is quiet, relaxing and peaceful. My apartment was very clean and room service was brilliant ie cleaning as they are self catering apartments. The kitchen has all the cutlery/utensils you need so all you need is to buy the food only. Air conditioning amazing. Felt very safe and secure the whole duration of my 18days stay. The neighbourhood also felt very safe. The apartments were a walking distance from the shops/ restaurants/ ATMs, 5mins max to be precise and only 20minutes walk from the beautiful Sandton shopping mall. The walk does not even feel that long to be fair!

this new place is amazing, the peole there are so nice , help full and trustable. the place is super secure and quiet, the area is too.. the best is to get a room with the garden but all the rooms are brand new and the gym is great too. the pool is a bit small... but nice to chill and have party.. i am exited to go back there its going to be my spot...
