Upon arrival, I was treated as a priority seeing that I was a regular guest to the hotel. The staff (especially the training manager) was professional and friendly, willing to provide a room with a specific view I requested. The room was clean and (seemingly) spacious because of the renovations and designed with the smoking guest in mind. It was a comfortable stay and I enjoyed it as always. Please pass on these tips to Road Lodge Centurion as that branch is in need of a few upgrades and their pricing has gone through the roof with no added benefits. Thanks.

Rooms have been refurbished. The shower heads could be cleaned out so tbe water flows better. Enjoyed the croissants on world croissant day too! Professional and attentive staff.

The rooms have been renovated; they look modern, cleaner and really nice. The ice cold water at reception was refreshing in the hot weather. A toilet brush and one more movie channel on Dstv would be great. I'm not sure if your vending machine has alcohol, like the one in Centurion, but if it doesn't, you should go for a liquor license.

Road Lodge is a reliable accommodation. As a frequent guest, I can honestly say I like the changes made. They might be small but they're significant. Bedding and curtains look cleaner and brighter, the bathroom partition is a great addition as well as the coffee sachets. I love the staff here - friendly and professional. Thanks guys. Keep it up.

Excellent value for money if you want a sinple, safe place to stay overnight. Conveniently located on two strategic roads but set back far enough that traffic noise was not a nuisance.

As always, I was irritated by the absence of tea and coffee in the room. The cuppa is essential for many guests and I am sure that the cost of providing it for guests should outweigh all other considerations.
