Upon making a booking and/or entering the premises you automatically accept the indemnity waiver and pool indemnity waiver that is available upon request from the owners. The owners do not accept any form of liability, even when this arises due to gross negligence. Making use of the villa and any of the facilities is entirely at your own risk and any attending children are the responsibility of the booking party and should be strictly supervised at all times.

When staying at an agoda house in Marloth Park, it's important to adhere to the following house rules to ensure a pleasant and respectful experience for everyone:

1. Respect for Wildlife: Marloth Park is a unique conservancy where wildlife roams freely. It's essential to maintain a respectful distance and avoid feeding or disturbing the animals. Remember, they are wild creatures and should be treated as such.

2. No Littering: Help keep the area pristine by disposing of waste properly. Please don’t keep trash and food outside as it can attract unwanted wildlife (baboons) and disrupt the ecosystem.

3. Quiet Hours: Marloth Park is a tranquil retreat, and noise should be kept to a minimum, especially during the designated quiet hours. Be considerate of your neighbors and avoid excessive noise that may disturb others, particularly after sunset.

4. Conservation of Resources: Marloth Park is located in a beautiful natural environment, and conserving resources is crucial. Please use water and electricity responsibly, turning off lights, air conditioning, and other appliances when not in use.

5. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is not permitted indoors in most agoda properties. If you wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

6. Maximum Occupancy: Ensure that the number of guests does not exceed the maximum occupancy specified in the agoda listing. It's important to respect the property owner's guidelines to ensure everyone's comfort and safety.

7. Check-In and Check-Out: Adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times provided by the host. Promptly vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time to allow for cleaning and preparations for the next guests.

8. Security and Safety: Take care of the property and its belongings during your stay. Follow any specific security instructions provided by the host and lock doors and windows when leaving the premises.
