We will return! Very eccentric and pleasant place. Alessandro was helpful and waited for us to come to the hotel even though it was after check in. We had green and blue rooms with a lovely balcony on the street. Very well connected to Roma Termini Bus 90 and Piazza Venetian Bus 60.

This hotel is strategically located on a bus route into the city center, but it can be reached by train. The condition of the room is comfortable, tidy and stylish. Good cafes and restaurants close to the city center to serve breakfast and dinner and half the price of the city center.

I chose this hotel because many of the smaller hotels in central Rome looked uninspired and basic, the photos I saw, and the room didn't disappoint. I slept well every night I was there, and that's something because I am a light sleeper that usually struggles to get a good nights sleep at hotels. The area is a suburb of Rome about 20 minutes by bus and 30 minutes by train to Piazza Vescini and it's a good neighbourhood with a supermarket and bakery within walking distance and if you return late at night, there is a local pizzeria and a Chinese takeaway nearby. It's a good compromise between obtaining quality accommodation and being a bit away from the center of Rome. If you want to get somewhere of comparable quality in the center of Rome will cost you a lot more. Rome is not a cheap city and this place came at a reasonable price. The only complaint I have is that there are only 5 rooms. One thing I hate in large hotels is the noise of people walking down the hallway, talking, dragging luggage etc. This is not going to happen here. So yes, despite the location beingn't great, I will recommend it, but youll sleep well, I promise you. I sleeps light. Take it from me, I'm a light sleeper!.
