Parking information
- Free parking (underground parking / 1 car per room)
- Parking registration is required after confirming the check-in message. If the vehicle is not registered, the full fee will be charged and no refund will be given.
- Additional fees apply for unregistered or additional vehicles (KRW 30,000 per day)
- Upon initial registration, you can enter and exit freely until you check out.
- Entry/Exit Time: 1 hour before and after check-in/check-out.
- Parking is available for vehicles with a height of 2.3m or less.- Electric vehicle charging available: 12 slow chargers available on the B2 floor.

[ EXTRA PERSON CHARGE ]
- Your room may be shared within the occupancy standard. However, do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the room.
- Infants under 36 months of age are not counted in total occupancy.

[ MAKE UP ROOM ]
- Cleaning services are not included during your stay.
- To request room cleaning service, please contact us at least one day in advance via mobile frontdesk. (paid service)

[ TERMS · CONDITIONS ]
- Guests who are under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
- Entering the room before the official check-in time may result in a penalty of 30,000 KRW.
- The hotel will not be liable for any accidents caused by the guest's own negligence. In case of lost or damaged items, the hotel will require the guest to follow a compensation procedure.
- All spaces, including balconies, are smoke-free. Violations will result in a 150,000 KRW fine and restrict future bookings at any of our accommodations.
- Harming others or behaving in a threatening manner will result in eviction.
- Guests need be quiet during the designated quiet hours(After 9 PM)
- Please note that additional cleaning charges may apply if the room is left in poor condition by guests.
- Location and design of the furniture may differ from the picture.
