Cots are available upon request for an additional charge of EUR 30 per reservation. You must notify the property 24 to 48 hours before your arrival.A surcharge of EUR 10 per person, per night applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your booking. Please note that an additional charge is applicable for late check-in. The charges are as follows:EUR 30 from 19:00 to 20:00. EUR 50 after 20:00.Any evidence of smoking or loss to the property caused by guests from smoking will incur a charge of a minimum of EUR 400.Please take into account the following important information before booking:- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.-Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.-Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 12.50euros will apply.- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
