Cannot fault the hotel the staff were really nice and helpful never stayed at a hotel with hair straighteners (ghd) in the room and a area thats has coffee making facilities and a clothes rail full of traditional Basque clothing to try on and take pictures . Beds are very comfortable and the room design is really different.Right in the middle of the bars and restaurants . 5 minutes walk from the tram station (Ribera) which can get you around the city for €1.50 a trip or a day ticket €10 Next we go to we will staying .

Loved the character of the property and situated right in the heart of the old town. Exactly what we were looking for and great place to explore for a short visit. Staff friendly and really helpful, easy check in. Could ask for more..

Eine Gruppe von 5 Personen ist sehr zufrieden gewesen mit Lage, Ausstattung und dem Personal. Zur Verfügung gestellte Kaffee-Pads haben zum morgentlichen Wohlbefinden beigetragen. Zum Frühstück ging es in eines der in der Nähe liegenden Cafes oder in die Markthalle. Wir empfehlen dieses kleine Hotel gerne weiter.
