We stay for 2 Nights on the appartament and we like much, the appartament stay clean when arrived, and has good cozine, and good badroom. has space for 4 peoples.I recommend that appartament.

L’appartamento n.1 in calle Conteros 7 è molto bello spazioso e confortevole. Inoltre, è a 50 metri dalla cattedrale in una zona bellissima. Niente di negativo da segnalare. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Excelente todo, el apartamento súper cómodo y con muy buen gusto la declaración, nos sorprendieron con unos detalles el día de la llegada ( botella de vino y queso de 🐑 Cuando volvamos a Sevilla nos volveríamos a quedar en el apartamento.

it is really a very nice staying at the boutike apartment, it has everything you need just like your home. very well equipped kitchen that you may enjoy a quiet dinner with your family. it also comes with washing machine when laundry is one of the most needed thing in a long trip of 3 weeks. highly recommended for a family up to 4!

Schoon appartement, goed bed en goede voorzieningen. Ook een goede ontvangst + service bij het inchecken en daarna. Wij zijn erg tevreden over Boutike appartments en zouden de volgende keer gerust weer in dit appartment verblijven.

This property is in a great location with lovely balconies and outdoor areas. It fit our family perfectly. But the location is what we most greatly appreciated. Clean, only one flight of stairs to climb, comfortable, wifi, washing machine, plenty of space, large kitchen & a nice bottle of wine and cheese to start our trip was supplied.

Location is wonderful, apartment has foul smell due to the pipe lines of the bathroom. Towela were dirty or worn out. Just a washing machine, not a dryer. We are American tourists, we travel with the necessary clothes. It was raining, and we couldn't wash. Very inconvenient. Please list in the section for this property that is a washing machine only. It is not handicapped accessible. NOT ELEVATORS.

Excellent location in a vibrant part of Seville within walking distance of main attractions, without being in an area that's too touristy. Lots of great places to eat and drink nearby, including the cant-miss Il Rinconcillo (best Iberian ham in Spain, I think). You can get tickets to the flamenco show at the nearby flamenco museum through them - we thought it was worth it. The staff helped us book taxis to the airport and dropped off fresh towels as well.

Great property in a great location. The air conditioning was not working so was a little hot at night, we were told this before and offered a different apartment but chose to stay where we were. Friendly service and easy entry etc would certainly come back again!

Acomodação confortavel, porem na minha opinião nao poderia ser classificado como 4 estrelas... chech in em um local distante do apartamento com uma escadaria grande sem auxilio nenhum de carregador... o chuveiro estava vazando a persiana do quarto nao fechava... ficando claro o quarto, nao voltaria a me hospedar lá... o restaurante da frente é ótimo, é o que valeu...

Esta bien situado. El apartamento estaba en el bajo y cada vez que salía o entraba alguien el golpe al cerrar se oía mucho. Se alquila con patio y es un patio interior no exterior. El ventilador del aseo hacia mucho ruido.

El único problema es que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y después del arreglo bastante regular. Por lo demás muy bien y muy cómodo y muy, muy amplio. Muy cerca de todo. Lo recomiendo, aunque deben arreglar el tema del aire, que se queda muy escaso.
