I booked a one week break for my wife's birthday. What a shock. This place is amazing, absolutely spotless, and the large apartment on the first floor with a great view. It cannot be better for the price we paid. I will definitely recommend this to everyone. I forgot to mention the heated pool and jacuzzi.

This property was reserved before we read the reviews, and once we saw this page we were pumped to get away, to put it mildly. First of all, the location is excellent. A large park for children is two minutes' walk from the end of the road, the Belen Castle is five minutes away, and there are two large supermarkets across the street. It is quiet and peaceful, out of the hustle and bustle of Benidorm's center, but it was still easy to stroll to if you wanted to enter the center or the coast. Some reception employees were much more polite than others, but none of them were unhappy, leaving us to enjoy our vacation. I wasn't informed of a 150-refundable deposit at the time of booking, which I didn't think was extremely appropriate, but I was able to check in since luckily I was ready to do so. The apartment itself was large and large, it wasn't the most outdated I have ever seen, and it was also not trendy in any way, but it had everything we required. There was a table and four chairs, and a very comfortable sofa that would be ideal for a siesta and a flyscreen to. The kitchen had a nice sized cooker and refrigerator freezer, so it was ideal for us to cook, but the blackout drapes in the bedroom made for a very good nights sleep.

Even though this is a residential apartment, I am not surprised because this apartment is clean, but the condition of the apartment is just perfect. It is not ready to cook, but all the equipment is there. I don't want to stay at home because of the price, so I'll be back. Thank you, buenavista.

If you want to go somewhere, don't go here. Benidorm is a great place to go for a week, everything you need is provided. The apartment was clean, well-equipped with a decent fridge and freezer, and the apartment was quite big with a balcony that could accommodate at least half a dozen people for an al fresco moment. The heated indoor pool with a jacuzzi is a plus. We went in February 2020 and the gardens and sun terrace were open, but the outdoor pools were closed until later this spring, we were awed with beautiful sunshine the whole week. My outlook is that a bed is a bed, something you sleep in as long as it's clean and comfortable, and it is unquestionably that. This is our second visit and we will definitely come back if God permits. This is not a hotel! The former hotel that is now apartments expect not to receive hotel service!.

Overall, we thought the hotel was a great property for the money and would recommend it. We did not eat at the property and cannot comment. The hotel was specifically reserved because of its 24 hour front desk. This place had no trouble finding keychains late at night. Our ryanair flight landed in time at Alienate, but after we collected our rental car, we were not there until 12. All the staff was very kind and detailed in explaining in detail that we would have to pay a 300 euros security deposit for our two rooms, which we were not advised to do by our holiday provider. Wifi is available in each room for an additional charge of euros, and televisions are available in every room for an additional fee. The accommodations were spacious, spotlessly tidy, and adequately furnished, with only twin bed options throughout. Our 13-year-old twin boys loved the extremely heated jacuzzi since the indoor pool was fairly small but warm in February. There is no outdoor pool until April. While inexpensive hotels rarely offer indoor pools, this was a well-built facility with a fantastic feature. The hotel is minutes away from supermarkets, bars, all kinds of restaurants, and other amenities, however, the hotel is only a short walk from the elev beach.

This popular apartment complex is located in the Rincon de Loix area of Benidorm, a 15-minute walk from Levante beach. There are restaurants and bars in the vicinity and the nightclubs are only 600 m from the hotel. 1 km away, guests will find a wide range of shops, in the town centre. Terra Mítica Theme Park is a 15-minute drive from the apartments and Alicante is a 40-minute drive away.
