Peacefully located at the foot of the mountainside with uninterrupted views of the ocean. The apartment has a lovely private terrace with sun loungers and table and chairs. The interior is very cosy with a lounge and adjoining kitchen. Washing machine, iron and hairdryer on request. The island is notoriously steep so hiring a car is strongly recommended. The village of Fuencaliente is a short drive away with supermarkets, a couple of Spanish low key bars, a butchers (which sells excellent cooked chicken) and a bakery. The owners of the apartment live close by where your apartment key is collected, the family greeted us with a warm welcome and a glass of Spanish sherry (you might need a Spanish dictionary though!!). Definitely a great place to stay if you want to escape the hustle and bustle and feel like a local, relax in a truly peaceful, beautiful location. The island is stunning with amazing walks with well signposted tracks, enjoy!! It is worth noting that the TV and library which is advertised is in German not English, so take plenty of books with you or your Kindle!

Casa las Vinas is set in a quiet rural area which we liked very much. The property was simple and clean, the owners were friendly ,welcoming and helpful. We hired a car which we felt was pretty essential given the location but walking locally is possible with young legs! Overall the property lived up to our expections, we had a very enjoyable week.

Die sehr schöne Wohnung befindet sich in einem Haus mit 2 Wohnungen und einer großen Terasse mit Liegestühlen und Korbstühlen und einem Korbtisch. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber, es werden alle 2 Tage die Handtücher gewechselt und einmal wöchentlich die Wohnung gereinigt.
