House Rules: No smoking, No parties or events, - Quiet hours from 11pm to 7am

You must also acknowledge the following:
- No parking on property - FREE PUBLIC PARKING
- Must climb stairs - 25 steps indoor staircase from ground floor to 1st floor - NO ELEVATOR.
- Some spaces are shared - 15 sq. m swimming pool and patio shared with Casa Luna & Casa Sol
- Pets are allowed on request. Charges applied: 10eur/pet/night.
- Moving large furniture such a sofa is strictly prohibited.

GUESTS: Only the specific guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises. A violation of this rule will result in the immediate removal of all guests (and any visitors) from the property without a refund.

DAMAGE: Please report damage immediately. Any damage made to the property/furnishings which exceeds the deposit amount will be billed to the guest and will be reported to the booking platform.

FOOD: Please don’t leave any food outside the fridge and clean your dishes right after your meals, as we are in a village and there is a possibility to attract ants and mice. We prefer them outside.

POOL & BBQ: The use of the swimming pool & BBQ is at your own risk. You can ask to see tests about the water quality in the pool & you can see the chemicals (inserted to the water in order to maintain the color and quality) before using it. The pool hours are from 9am to 11pm. Please don’t leave your kids unattended at and in the pool.
Please clean the BBQ after each usage so that the other guests can enjoy it after you.

ELECTRICITY: Please do not unplug at any time the fridge and the wifi box.

GARBAGE: Please be so kind and take out your trash bag to the next trash bin as you leave the house. Where? Turn 3 times left when you step outside the main gate approx.

KEYS: Costs to replace lost or damaged keys are 30 Euros per key.
