I just got here yesterday. It advertises as a family-friendly resort. The pool is closed because there is no lifeguard. A pool six minutes walk from the resort, but you must pay 1215 for entry to the pool. The restaurant is also closed and there is no playground for children. Well, there is one just outside the resort. But it is in horrible condition. Fortunately, we rented a car because there isn't much to do in this resort district, which is full of resorts. You are given access to your own parking spot in the parking lot below. A few times, you have to carry your stroller and other luggage up the stairs. If your not alone and in excellent condition, ask someone for assistance. The apartment is nice and spacious and has all the kitchen, shower, and washing facilities you need. I hope our two-year-old doesn't smash the glass cabinet and huge glass vase in the living room. Overall, an attractive apartment, but we have gone to much better resorts for less money.

I adored Cortisol del mar. We didn't mind the 10-minute taxi ride from Puerto Bank. A taxi from Puerto Bank to and from cost us 5 per person. Going out of town was worthwhile as the resort was extremely quiet and relaxing. There is no disturbance at night. Cleanliness was excellent. The rooms were genuinely contemporary. The cuisine at the cafe was fantastic. The pool was beautiful.

We recently traveled to Cortisol del Mar, a vacation that had to be terminated after 2020. We left in february. It simply seemed tired in a few places. We had issues with the safe, and the excellent maintenance guy sorted us out because our vehicle key was locked inside. Then, there was a water pipe leak, and we lacked water, forcing us to switch from a townhouse to an apartment. It would have been very inconvenient if our family had come along. The complex's public gardens are wonderful, but the garden and balcony planters in the lodging had weeds in them! Electric blinds and shutters weren't working. The pool was a fence and the restaurant was closed. There is a notice stating that you only swim at your own risk. It wasn't particularly warm, but it appeared to be filthy. Im aware that it was off season, but if your open, everything should be open. With the season begins, Im confident that things will improve.

We reserved a private collection apartment, but when we arrived none was available. We were led to an apartment that was near the restaurant, pool, and crane. Compared to private collection, I thought this was a strange choice, but I was told that it was one of the top apartments in the complex. Apart from construction site noise and the bar work, the resort was very quiet and the pool closed when it was full of sand following a quiet. The flat itself was quite pleasant internally and exceptionally clean. I must commend the housekeeping generally, especially as the entire area had been covered in red sand just prior to our arrival. The kitchen was very well equipped, the furniture and bathrooms were of the highest caliber. The balcony was a little shabby with cracks and the number of lounge chairs and chairs for the size of the apartment, but was actually very sunny as requested. None of the chairs' cushions fit. beautiful, beautiful resort grounds. The staff was pleasant, but their local knowledge was limited. We didn't get what we booked and we were unable to use the pool because the filter was ineffective against the sand that had fallen in it. Since we originally booked at a different time of year, we had to pay an additional fee, but they could have waived this perhaps? Still, we would go back because it was in a good location.
