Definitely recommend if you're not overly fussy and just looking for a decent apartment. This apartment is conveniently located in a quiet area and Daniel is very helpful and friendly. The elevation and lack of stepfree access make it not as accessible as other places to stay.

Despite booking the florida park late at night, we were let down by our previous host for a January break. After reviewing the other evaluations, we firmly concur with all the positive points that have been made. In our instance, within minutes of booking our apartment, Daniel the manager called us on WhatsApp with full details about the Florida Park including address, contact numbers, etc. When we arrived and called Daniel, he was with us in only a few minutes and drove us to our stunning apartment. a lovely peaceful complex with a sunny outlook from our balcony is crucial to us. We requested a sunny sea view from our balcony, and Daniel did it! Many thanks, Daniel! The apartment was lovely and immaculate. Daniel brought us a change of towels on Saturday, but due to competition restrictions, he brought a black bag, but you can remove the clean towels, pop the old ones in the bag, and send them back. On the friday, a further change of towels occurred. This was more than we had anticipated! Daniel always wears mask, and while walking the corridors, you must wear masks, you must also ensure that you can leave. Last night, Daniel contacted us with directions on where to leave, which was handled in a timely manner. We had a lovely quiet time with plenty of sunshine, nice views of the swimming pool, the ocean, and Playa Las America

Ive been to Florida Park twice, settling in a studio apartment for sole use. The apartment is quite large, and has a fullsize bathroom and a useful kitchen area. My balcony was a good size and faced south, allowing me to enjoy as much afternoon sun as I wanted. The pool is quite large, and all of the sun loungers feature fullsize cushions, making them exceptionally cozy. There is a room by the pool that holds books that you can add to it or take with a fridge with beer and wine that you pay for in the honesty box, and theres a room by the pool area where there is a book you can add to it or take. Overall, I think this is a fantastic location to spend your vacation, and I have to say that Daniel, who runs the complex, is fantastic, he will do it with a smile if youre having a problem. A word of caution if youre having serious mobility issues as the lower entrance requires you climb about 50 steps and the higher entrance is up a steep hill about 150 meters, but dont let that deter you as you can take your time after all your vacation. In March 2020, I was locked down and ultimately had to go home. I cant wait to return. highly advised.

I just stayed here for 5 nights, this is a nice quiet area, close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets, and only walking distance to a bus station. This place is really suitable because the prices are quite good. The bedroom is large with a balcony, but the kitchen needs some updating. Although, the wifi connection is not very strong. We were also kindly allowed a late check-out because our flight time was later the next day.
