Beautiful building in a good area to use as a base for exploring Barcelona. Fully functioning kitchen and laundry so you can cook proper meals, do laundry etc.

Great apartment. There’s a large fridge/freezer, washer & dryer combo, kitchen and two bathrooms which was helpful. The location is close to the metro and near convenient stores. Two keys would have been nice but we made sure with one. Overall a great apartment.

Nice apartment with lots of room for 4 seniors. Great location on main street with lots of shopping and restaurants. Did a lot of walking to different areas. Truly enjoyed the hotel.

Upon arrival we were met by the owner who was very friendly and helpful. We arrived a day late due to air issues coming out of Florida but everything worked out. The rooms were clean and the area very convenient to walking sights of interest.

El apartamento fue tal como descrito. Pedimos check-in fuera de horario y no tuvimos ningún problema. La limpieza general excelente, baños completamente renovados. Se encuentra a unos cuantos pasos de la entrada al metro y con muchas tiendas de conveniencia, panaderías deliciosas y pequeños restaurantes en los alrededores. El único inconveniente fue la ventilación. La sala de estar y antecomedor, así como la recámara principal, tienen ventanas en las que entra perfecto el aire. El problema es que las ventanas son grandes y muy bajas; dado que se encuentra en un 5to piso, eran peligrosas para ir con niños (no veo problema en caso de que los huéspedes sean adultos). Las habitaciones secundarias tienen ventanas, pero se abren hacia ductos de servicio, por lo que al abrirlas entraba aire caliente y ruido. Lo resolvimos prendiendo los 2 aires acondicionados, porque hubo una ola de calor durante los días de nuestra estancia. A pesar de ello, nuestra estancia fue muy buena. Muy recomendable.

As a family of 5, this was a perfect place to stay. We were 1/2 a block away from the metro station and everything was easy to find. The apartment was clean, modern and had everything we needed.

Erg mooi appartement met allerlei gemakken als vaatwasser en wasmachine en droger. Dichtbij de metro en allerlei bezienswaardigheden. Er is geen airco, wel een ventilator. Kan me voorstellen dat het er in de zomer behoorlijk warm wordt, dat was nu ook al zo, zon staat er vol op in de ochtend.

Very comfortable. Room is newly renovated. Kitchen things were new and clean. Bed was very good nice white clean sheets. Area was nice and safe, lots of eating area of the locals at the streets back of the bldg. Taxi right in front can be taken. I saw Metro all over, so transpo was easy. You just need to leave at ones when it’s your check out time or else you will be charged. Good reasonable issue though.

Super tæt på alting, Metroen var kun 50 meter væk. 2-3 km fra stort set alle ting i byen, som ikke lå langt væk. Meget venligt personale, som jeg kun har været i dialog med via nettet. Men alt klappede som aftalt og vi fik løst vores udfordring med at ankomme kl 02.00 om natten. Fin lille lejlighed med køkken, stue, soveværelse og bad. Generelt er der meget støvet i Barcelona, så det var der også hurtigt i lejligheden. Gode persienner som kunne mørklægge fuldstændig. Lidt støj fra gaden, men det hører med, når man vil bo centralt. Alt i alt en god oplevelse, som vi sagtens kunne finde på at gøre igen.
