Definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos nuevamente aquí

Very nice front desk staff! Always someone present + a doorman We could leave our luggage behind on checkout dat well protected. Spacious appartment that fit all our needs. Very central location, metro in front, supermarkt round the corner. Just perfect for a weekend with friends. And they are in the proces of fixing the elevator issue, I’m sure it will fine when the elevators are fully renewd.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, and the accessible room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and very well equipped. It was clear that the hotel had carefully considered the needs of guests with disabilities, which made our stay much more comfortable. Most of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We truly appreciated their kindness and excellent service. The only area for improvement would be the lifts. During our stay, one of the two lifts was out of service, so everyone had to rely on a single lift. As our son is a wheelchair user and cannot walk, we often had to wait quite a while, which was sometimes challenging. The manager kindly took the time to explain the situation, and we appreciated the communication. We sincerely hope the second lift can be repaired as soon as possible, as this would make the experience even better for all guests, especially those with accessibility needs. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would be very happy to return in the future. Thank you to the whole team for making us feel so welcome.
