We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, and the accessible room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and very well equipped. It was clear that the hotel had carefully considered the needs of guests with disabilities, which made our stay much more comfortable. Most of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We truly appreciated their kindness and excellent service. The only area for improvement would be the lifts. During our stay, one of the two lifts was out of service, so everyone had to rely on a single lift. As our son is a wheelchair user and cannot walk, we often had to wait quite a while, which was sometimes challenging. The manager kindly took the time to explain the situation, and we appreciated the communication. We sincerely hope the second lift can be repaired as soon as possible, as this would make the experience even better for all guests, especially those with accessibility needs. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would be very happy to return in the future. Thank you to the whole team for making us feel so welcome.

The location is great. It is the center of Madrid Everything is walking distance.it is the city vibes. The only downside is the elevator. One elevator for the whole building. You need to wait for line 30 minutes in order to get in.

I loved this apartment!! The location was amazing, it was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We were a large group of 9 and stayed in the 4 bedroom apartment with private balcony. Wish we could have stayed longer. The front desk was superb! They treated us great. Shout out to Vicente who secured our luggage after we checked out as our flight was in the evening. We gave him a lot of work. Will definitely stay again if I come back to Madrid. Highly recommend this place!!

The apartment was perfect. Clean and neat. My only issue was the air conditioning. They regulate the temperature, you can not adjusting to the temperature that feels better for you. They even have a note next to the air conditioner key pad that says the perfect temperature to sleep is 25 celcius. I feel for the amount of money I am paying, which was a lot, it feels ridiculous to not have the freedom of choosing someting simple as the temperature that is comfortable for me. 25 celcius could be OK for the property, of course they will pay less electricity bill, but these apartments are not cheap and regulating the air conditioner is just kind a thing that cheap people do.
